Nice condo with large patio overlooking the river. The kitchen was stocked well enough. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer.

Very nice condo beautifully decorated right on the river. If you are looking for a quiet place right on the river this is it. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return again.

Loved being on the river! Very relaxing listening to the water! The condo was beautiful, all the comforts of home. Easy access to everything.

Very nice view of Little River. Very relaxing just to listen to it. Very conveniently located. TV channels were difficult to find since it uses internet for source. Many of our favorite channels did not appear to be available. All-in-all a very enjoyable.

Beautiful and comfortable condo on the Little River. Close to everything but still secluded and peaceful. We loved it and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The condo was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the furniture was all top notch and sits with the main bedroom sliding glass door facing the river and the living room sliding glass door also facing the river. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well designed. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful river view out the terrace door. Comfortable beds. Responsive host. Extremely convenient to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

When I walked into this unit, I know it was perfect for the last leg of our spring break trip. The decor was beautiful and the unit was super cozy. Towel quality and Bed comfort was awesome! My daughter, husband and I enjoyed games at the dining table each night. We also loved coffee and conversation on the back porch. The river was so peaceful!! We would definitely book this place again!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 grandchildren and had a wonderful time. Such a perfect location! We spent many hours in the creek and very local to Cades Cove. We grilled burgers and roasted smores on the back patio overlooking the creek. The grandkids chased and caught fireflies in the field in front of the condo at night and I even had a surprise visitor while having my coffee on the back porch. I was enjoying my creek view and had a bear walk right in front of the condo porch on his way to wherever! I will say, there is rather a drop off down to the creek, so this is not ideal for littles. We started staying here when the youngest was 5 and it worked. So 5 and up is a much better age range for this property. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Dwight was very nice and understanding about check in. We appreciated that so much.

Had no problems. Stay was very nice except Wi-Fi was little sketchie. We loved the river and the quietness. Would differently stay again.

It was good except for the two things. One was the directions to get into the condo upon check-in were not detailed enough. We had to call the manager. Second, the shower in the primary suite was dark. The lights did not work in that area.

This was the absolute best place we have stayed in the area. It was so stress free We could’ve sat on the patio all day and night. We will definitely be back

Perfect location to enjoy everything Townsend has to offer. We attended the Bronco Celebration and the condo was within minutes from all events. We will be back!
