Located in one of Anchorage's most loved neighborhoods, everything you need is within a 10-20 minute walk or few minutes drive. You'll be walking distance to groceries, coffee, bakery, parks, beautiful trails, convention centers and downtown attractions/venues. This home is situated along one of the main highways and allows easy access for sightseeing adventures. You’ll have private access to the entire 3 BR/1.5 bath home (excluding the garage). There are 3 exterior steps to enter the home, but no stairs inside. This is the perfect retreat for families and tight knit groups seeking privacy and all the comforts of home!

My husband and I both grew up in Alaska and love sharing our beautiful state with others. We’ve enjoyed many vacation rentals all over the world and have several years of experience as hosts. This home is our main home in Anchorage so we’re thrilled to be able to share it with others during the summer. We enjoy hiking, camping, fishing and hunting so we’re always happy to provide local recommendations!

I grew up in this area of Anchorage and actually went to the elementary school across the street from the house. I’ve lived all throughout town as well as Palmer but downtown Anchorage has always had my heart. I love being able to walk to the coastal trail, my favorite coffee shops, restaurants and all the downtown happenings. We’re thrilled to be able to share our home with others!
