Be Dazzled

Located on the Leelanau Peninsula, this charming four-bedroom home on West Grand Traverse Bay is spacious and offers comfortable lodging for up to 10 guests. There are two bedrooms on the main level--one with a king bed and the other with two full beds. The two downstairs bedrooms each have one queen bed. The spacious living room provides multiple seating options for full relaxation and great views, with a gas fireplace and bar. Enjoy meals in the dining room overlooking the water. The downstairs features an additional sitting room with a gas fireplace. There is also a sauna.

The patios offer plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit. The home faces east, making it perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunrise views. It is placed directly on the waterfront and is only minutes from downtown Traverse City.

No pets allowed.

Spacious Beauty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is lovely - clean, bright and spacious. The master suite is especially comfortable with spa-features and heated floor. Outdoor space is well maintained with deck, patio, fire pit, grill and grass area. Beach is nice - bring your water shoes for rocky areas. M22 is busy, but easily forgotten once on property.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and location worked out very well. Please repair or replace the propane grill as the bottom tray was rusted out and unsafe for use. The walkout basement bathroom door does not operate well as the frame is warped and should be planed for proper fit. The living room and bar area, sound system, the deck and patio, and fire pit, and amenities were excellent. I would suggest changing the downstairs bedroom from a queen bed to a king bed, as the room is very big and could easily accommodate this size for a 2nd master bedroom.

Amazing experience

This property is one of a kind right on the water! Rooms are big and spacious and it was very comfortable for the 7 of us. Highly recommend!

Spectacular view

We very much enjoyed our stay at "Be Dazzeled" for one week in August 2025. We too, were dazzeled by both the location on the water, amazing sunrise view, comfortable space with water view and seating everwhere, and the amzing location that is close to the many attractions and actvities for our family 6: two grandchildren (13 and 11), their 2 paents, and the 2 of us-the grandparents. One suugestion: You should clearly state in the listing that 2 of the 4 bedrooms are in fact in the [walkout] basement.

The house was ideal for the number in our party. Upon our arrival, we could not access the property because the owner changed the code and the property management company didn’t know or didn’t share that information with us. However, when we told them about the code, they were responsive and apologetically. We loved the ideal location. The kitchen is well equipped but the coffee maker needs to be replaces because it is super slow!! We would definitely recommend this location to friends.

Bachelorette wine tasting weekend

We did a weekend for my daughter’s Bachelorette party. Friday night we stayed in and enjoyed the fire pit and the lovely house. When someone was tired they could easily go to bed and not be disturbed. It was perfect for our group! We want to come back!

Stay here again

We were ia group of eight friends stayed at the house. We love the home and I’ll definitely stay here again. But don’t be afraid to bring some of your own personal items like hand towels and there is no pot holders which really surprised me for safety reason. Yes I burnt my finger. But we couldn’t ask for a better location in the house had great views

Cozy Winter Getaway!

It is so comfortable and spacious, with several gathering areas in the home. Just a quick few minutes drive into Traverse City to enjoy restaurants, shopping and fun town vibe. We did some cross country skiing and snow tubing all within about 10-15 minutes from the home. What a nice winter getaway!

This house has character and felt inviting. Sorry for the unfortunate bathroom incident we all are getting somewhat older. May I recommend bathroom wall bars?

The rental company (Lindsay and Jason) were very responsive. Even got a phone call Saturday evening when we couldn't figure out how to get the TV working! Were willing to have someone come on Sunday to assist us (which we didn't need after all).

House needs work Blind did not open and close. Pillows in living room were torn with stuffing coming out. House had spider webs in the corners. and dirty floors in the basement.

Absolute paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a perfect stay! This home was clean and gorgeous! We had the absolute best vacation ever staying here and our kids ask daily to return to the Lake House! There were a couple minor things that maintenance immediately came and fixed. The staff was amazing and Kathleen was the sweetest person to work with on booking our getaway! I can't wait to return!!! Perfect area too- close to Traverse city downtown, Suttons Bay, Fishtown Leland and the sleeping bear dunes! Memories we will never forget were made here.
