This is a great property for a group. We had 11 people and had plenty of room, lots of games, plenty of water toys and beautiful deck space. Host was very helpful and communicative. Location is great too.

We had an amazing family weekend! The property was clean and well stocked. We loved having all the kayaks and paddle boards available. The hosts were communicative and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay on the Weeki Wachee! What a great location. We had many visits from the manatees and turtles, and even had a dolphin come say hello! Josh was super helpful and always responsive. Our family kayaked, swam, paddleboarded, played ping pong, shot hoops, played board games and most of all relaxed in the sunshine. We'd happily stay again!

Amazing place to stay on the river. Lots of amenities, super clean, and the host was super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home for any family or friend gatherings.

We had such an amazing time! This is our second stay at the property, we love it that much! The accommodations fit our needs well, especially the outdoor space and the kayak launch. The upper deck and swinging sofa are favorites with our group. Night-time lighting is beautiful also! The location on the river is one of our favorite things about the property as well. Great access to the river away from the congestion and traffic. The host Josh is the best, easy to connect with and will follow up quickly. Can't wait for our next visit!

Very cozy and very clean! Tons of amenities and the house is tucked in and private! The main spring river is just a paddle away! And the host is very communicative and quick to respond ! If my family is in town I am going to recommend this house for sure !

100% Amazing stay! What a great place to spend our Thanksgiving holliday with family and friends. The place was beautiful inside and out, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. Our host was wonderful; we had trouble with the outdoor lighting and he came out to help on a holliday weekend, much appreciated! Perfect location on the river for kayaking.

This place was amazing! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The property had anything and everything we could think of and some things we didn't. The host was great! They were quick to an answer any of our questions and even accomodated an early check in due to poor planning on our part. I loved that there were kayaks, paddle boards and floats to use. (The kids loved the floating pad.) It was easy to get in and out of the water at the property, and a short paddle to the main river. The games and other recommendations were an added bonus.

We had such a magical stay at this super cozy home loaded with everything you need for the perfect vacay at the springs! The host was most accommodating, extremely responsive and helpful. There are many water vessels available to get to the main river within minutes. Once home we had the water mat, huge raft, games, and amazing food on the pellet smoker! At night the lights at the home gave this place a fantastic evening vibe for relaxing after long days on the water. My favorite amenity was the incredible outdoor shower! This place is full of WOW, thanks for hosting us, we will be back!

We enjoyed this cousin vacation. The kids played from sun up to sun down in the water and enjoyed seeing all the manatees. This was our third year visiting and it was a great time once again.
