This place is amazing and so convenient to all Boone activities. The host was great, communication was fast and informative. We will always look to stay here when coming back to Boone. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

Brand new modern cabin with great finishes. Nice views from the 2 large decks. Location is close to downtown Boone but also up on a mountain so it feels remote.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway in Boone, NCNestled in the heart of the mountains, the cabin offered breathtaking views that we enjoyed from not one, but two spacious decks. Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was excellent!The cabin itself was beautifully designed—cozy yet modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Great view or Grandfather from this new cabin. It feels remote but this place is 1.7 miles from A.S.U. With easy access to downtown all star Boone. Great jumping off point for Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and plenty of scenic drives and hiking off Blue Ridge Parkway. Thank you for your kind words Jesse!

I almost don’t want to share this place because I’d love to keep it all to myself—but it’s too good not to! We only got to stay for one night on our trip, but it was perfect. The house was so clean it honestly looked like no one had ever stayed there before. Everything is brand new, and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms had the nicest linens, and it all just felt so cozy. The host was so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We had such a great stay and can’t wait to come back for longer next time!

Horrible communication with host, did not provide address or check in instructions such as door codes etc. was on the phone with customer support for a very long time until it was after check in time. Customer support said the host was traveling and then the host said they had given the check in information to VRBO so not sure who to believe. Upstairs tv didn’t work, bed sheets smelled musky and silverware was dirty. Place was nice but not a great experience otherwise. Sent the host a message letting them know about the tv and asking who’s car was in the other parking space since the only parking space available was very tight and we didn’t want anyone clipping the rear end of our car and still no response. We easily rent 2 or 3 places from VRBO a year and never had any issues.

Place is brand new. Vrbo did not communicate the access as they said they would. There are 2 tvs in case one goes down. My neighbors drive is being worked on and they parked in a spot but there is room for 10 cars seemed like a neighborly thing to do. A spoon was left in the diswasher. So sorry for the inconvenience. I will not ever rent to kelly again/

Im a local builder hand pick lots for my houses. Decided this one is a great rental. I reside on Sugar now, building a house with view of clt and man made waterfall. My 4 children are grown living in Ak, Fla. Winston and Tuckasegee N.C. These mountains run through my blood as I hike bike ski and swim through. I hope you can see them is i do and enjoy the serenity and peace they employ.

Close to most amenities the High Country has to offer. Its a centrally located spot on the outskirts of town. Weather your going to an app football contest at the rock or skiing off the walls of snow on suger and beech or hiking in the trails on fabled Grandfather. Just a great spot to take it all in
