Great location, very clean. Easy walking to restaurants, convention center. Good communication, easy check in. Appreciated the parking spot. Would stay there again.

Great set up with two large bedrooms both with king beds! Two full baths made it easy for 2 couples to stay. Kitchen had enough pans, spices, etc. We appreciated the provided coffee. This is on a busy street so there is traffic noise at night but they did provide white noise machines. This was disclosed in description so not a surprise. There is light coming through windows through the blinds so if light sensitive, bring an eye mask. Building is very secure and convenient to downtown. The parking is not adjacent but there is street parking which can be used for unloading and loading.

Host was detailed, helpful and always available! Parking was convenient and safe. Condo suite was perfect for the 4 of us…lots of clean towels, fresh linens, kitchen necessities, & cozy environment. Loved the convenient walk to Palace theater and fine dining! Definitely would stay here again!

Good inner city location with parking included. Building security was excellent. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance. Enjoyed are stay.

We loved this condo! The location was perfect as my husband had a convention at The Galt, a short 15 minute walk. We were able to take short Uber rides to all the sightseeing areas. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked and we felt very safe in the building due to the several security coded doors.We would love to revisit Louisville and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The property could have been cleaner. The bedspread smelled dirty! It clearly had not been washed for some time. I did not receive the email instructing me how to check in. I had to contact the host to receive them. The property description states it is very close to whisky row. It is walkable but wear comfortable shoes. It is not as clear as it seems based on the description. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. The windows appear to be single panes. Therefore the street is very noisy. It did not bother us but be aware of the issue.

This property was amazing! The price for a two bedroom was better than two rooms at a hotel. The place was so nice and spacious, and the owner left us little extra things that I have not had at some of the other places I’ve stayed at before and really appreciated. He also checked in the first day we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Definitely a place we will return to when we go back!
