Come stay in this beautiful beachfront condo that was featured on HGTV's Beachfront BargainHunt!

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

You will LOVE the Gulf Views from the balcony of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the popular Phoenix V Condominium.

Unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra family and guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room features comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV for viewing all your favorite shows. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!! The condo is also located just 3 units from the elevators so you don't have to walk far to get to the condo!

Both bathrooms were just remodeled with all new cabinets, granite countertops and custom showers. The master bathroom is a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the FREE UPGRADED WIFI throughout the unit for faster and more secure connection.

There is a stackable washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Building amenities include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, splash pad water park, 2 lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, half-court basketball court, fitness room, BBQ grills, gazebos and onsite security.

Phoenix V is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

You MUST be over 25 years old to rent.

Beautiful condo

Great condo!

Great condo, great location. I would recommend replacing the shower liner in the spare bedroom with something a little more high quality. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Place on the Beach

Great little condo right on the beach! The pictures depict the condo perfectly and we had a great time! The layout was nice - the secondary bedroom is far enough away that we didn’t wake the kids being in the living room once they went to bed. Kitchen was nice and easy to work in. The views are stunning - right on the water. Pool and splash pad were great for the kids. The location is also great - close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to come gain next year!

We enjoyed staying in this cutely decorated and well supplied condo! We love having access to an indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach! We had so much fun and laughed so hard on the balcony, we had someone come ask us to quiet down. Lol We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful

The only bad thing I have to say is that we booked way in advance and they did not tell us construction would be going on in the main lobby. There were 2 elevators down and it made the place look very grungy. It would have been nice to have been notified that they would be remodeling.

Vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were satisfied with our stay. The only thing that could have been better was to provide more toilet paper. There was only one roll in each bathroom and we ran out before the end of our stay.

Great weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only here for a weekend, but everything was perfect. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to Live Bait to eat or Adventure Island for go-karts, putt putt and gaming. Also, because its on the 4th floor, you can easily walk down the stairs if the elevators get too crowded (which they do) during the summer. Julia was in constant contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We love the Phoenix condos!

Nice place!

Condo was nice, appeared clean and pretty well maintained. It did smell like someone had been smoking weed in it, but I think the patio door may have been ever so slightly left open and it was the neighbors. The staff all seemed very nice, the building itself could definitely use some updating/upgrading and you could see they were doing some work here and there. The elevators were very fast for us, never more than 30-60 second wait. The only issue we had was the master bed was SUPER hard, we felt like we were sleeping on the ground. The beach was lovely the pool area was great and the condo itself was nice, too. I’d definitely book here again, but I’d sleep in the 2nd bedroom and give my kid the master. Haha

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was great, but there are a few suggestions we have. The view from the condo was awesome! Just as advertised. There were a couple of maintenance things we think should be done. The shower in the master bath leaked. The condo could use a good deep cleaning. The corners had clear dirt and build up from general use. The overall condition of the furniture was great. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Deck Repairs ruined our stay.

I understand there is no good time to do repairs however we were NOT informed that we we would not be able to go on our deck for at least two weeks of the four weeks of our stay. The construction noise (jackhammering of stucco) was so loud on some days we could not stay in the condo. The entire building is old and needs to be updated, elevators did not work some days, entry lobby tile in desperate need of repair. We will not be back to Phoenix V.

Could have been great

There was 5 people in our group. We only had 4 towels, 4 washcloths and one kitchen towel. Luckily I had brought 3 towels and 8 washcloths from home. We washed towels all week long. I went to store and bought dish rags and dish towels. I bought a broom to sweep up sand. There was a short in the light over the shower and the toilet paper holder in main bathroom only had one side hardware present. The see bedroom is much smaller than picture indicates. Other than that, everything was good. The furniture was very comfortable. Elevators were very assessable.

Not our Favorite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall condo itself was nice. However, the couch was not really a couch. It was more like a futon. It slanted downward when you sat one it and the cushions sank into the couch. If we were staying here for a week, we would have been very disappointed. The beds were really uncomfortable. Personally if I were going to invest in a condo, I would want to insure my guests were sleeping well in decent beds. They supplied one trash bag and one disposable wash cloth for the kitchen. Also, do not waste your money on a tent for the beach. You cant put your tent anywhere near the water. It has to be closer to the condo. We spent $80.00 on a nice tent and we were not able to use it unless we were at least 50 feet back form the water, which at that point was not worth it.

Great time- just some bad luck

We have stayed in orange beach/gulf shores a few times before this stay. We liked the building/the pool/the beach area. We were able to check in early which was nice since we arrived early to town. Rooms are a good size and description good. They lack extra linens/blankets and towels so make sure to bring some of your own. It was a little chilly in the room. The unit was not very clean when we arrived and there were peanut pieces on the balcony and the kitchen table had dried liquid/food on it upon arrival as well as the granite counter tops. I normally would not be upset but my son is anaphylactic allergic to peanuts so we had to clean on our arrival and sterilize everything. The washer did not work when we went to use it- the company did respond quickly and let us do our laundry in another unit which was appreciated. The oven took forever to heat up. There was some mold at the base of the shower in the master. We are not sure who was above us but they were moving metals chairs across the floor and it was very loud in our unit very late at night and ver early in the morning. There were a lot of peanut shells on the beach which I have never seen before. The splash pad was a great hit and the pool was very large and nice. There were no spices in our unit and no dust pan but there was a broom. The outdoor furniture is worn and a lot of the other units had newer/better ones. All of the people working at the Phoenix 5 were super nice. Overall we enjoyed, just had some bad luck.
