Come stay in this beautiful beachfront condo that was featured on HGTV's Beachfront BargainHunt!

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

You will LOVE the Gulf Views from the balcony of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the popular Phoenix V Condominium.

Unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra family and guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room features comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV for viewing all your favorite shows. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!! The condo is also located just 3 units from the elevators so you don't have to walk far to get to the condo!

Both bathrooms were just remodeled with all new cabinets, granite countertops and custom showers. The master bathroom is a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the FREE UPGRADED WIFI throughout the unit for faster and more secure connection.

There is a stackable washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Building amenities include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, splash pad water park, 2 lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, half-court basketball court, fitness room, BBQ grills, gazebos and onsite security.

Phoenix V is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

You MUST be over 25 years old to rent.

We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Weekend stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend during Sand in My Boots festival. The location was perfect and near all the necessary shopping and restaurants. The setup was perfect for our group (only 4 of us).

Nice Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Check in was easy! The problem I had was when i reached out to report the neighbors smoking Marijuana on their balcony, NOTHING was done about it. I reported it twice. It was just about everytime we tried to be on our balcony. I have young kids and noone should have to smell that. If the customer service / security wouldve actually done something to stop that issue, it probably would've been 5 stars, its hard to justify the price when we couldnt spend any time on the balcony.

It clearly says NO SMOKING on the balcony.

Great condo!

Great condo, great location. I would recommend replacing the shower liner in the spare bedroom with something a little more high quality. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had to carry shopping cart full of groceries up four flights of stairs due to elevators being constantly full. One elevator was down and too many people for the condo for just 3 elevators. Wait times were ridiculous, thankful nothing happened, had to use stairs most of our stay!Room balcony door could barely open with two hands and the balcony was nasty, needs pressure washed. Dining room chairs were stained and nasty as well. Could barely open door for the washer and dryer, its on its last leg. Carpet was ripped and just was not impressed like the pictures show. Will not be returning!

Great Place on the Beach

Great little condo right on the beach! The pictures depict the condo perfectly and we had a great time! The layout was nice - the secondary bedroom is far enough away that we didn’t wake the kids being in the living room once they went to bed. Kitchen was nice and easy to work in. The views are stunning - right on the water. Pool and splash pad were great for the kids. The location is also great - close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to come gain next year!

We enjoyed staying in this cutely decorated and well supplied condo! We love having access to an indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach! We had so much fun and laughed so hard on the balcony, we had someone come ask us to quiet down. Lol We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful

The only bad thing I have to say is that we booked way in advance and they did not tell us construction would be going on in the main lobby. There were 2 elevators down and it made the place look very grungy. It would have been nice to have been notified that they would be remodeling.

Great weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only here for a weekend, but everything was perfect. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to Live Bait to eat or Adventure Island for go-karts, putt putt and gaming. Also, because its on the 4th floor, you can easily walk down the stairs if the elevators get too crowded (which they do) during the summer. Julia was in constant contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We love the Phoenix condos!

Nice place!

Condo was nice, appeared clean and pretty well maintained. It did smell like someone had been smoking weed in it, but I think the patio door may have been ever so slightly left open and it was the neighbors. The staff all seemed very nice, the building itself could definitely use some updating/upgrading and you could see they were doing some work here and there. The elevators were very fast for us, never more than 30-60 second wait. The only issue we had was the master bed was SUPER hard, we felt like we were sleeping on the ground. The beach was lovely the pool area was great and the condo itself was nice, too. I’d definitely book here again, but I’d sleep in the 2nd bedroom and give my kid the master. Haha

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was great, but there are a few suggestions we have. The view from the condo was awesome! Just as advertised. There were a couple of maintenance things we think should be done. The shower in the master bath leaked. The condo could use a good deep cleaning. The corners had clear dirt and build up from general use. The overall condition of the furniture was great. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Deck Repairs ruined our stay.

I understand there is no good time to do repairs however we were NOT informed that we we would not be able to go on our deck for at least two weeks of the four weeks of our stay. The construction noise (jackhammering of stucco) was so loud on some days we could not stay in the condo. The entire building is old and needs to be updated, elevators did not work some days, entry lobby tile in desperate need of repair. We will not be back to Phoenix V.

Could have been great

There was 5 people in our group. We only had 4 towels, 4 washcloths and one kitchen towel. Luckily I had brought 3 towels and 8 washcloths from home. We washed towels all week long. I went to store and bought dish rags and dish towels. I bought a broom to sweep up sand. There was a short in the light over the shower and the toilet paper holder in main bathroom only had one side hardware present. The see bedroom is much smaller than picture indicates. Other than that, everything was good. The furniture was very comfortable. Elevators were very assessable.
