Come stay in this beautiful beachfront condo that was featured on HGTV's Beachfront BargainHunt!

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

You will LOVE the Gulf Views from the balcony of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the popular Phoenix V Condominium.

Unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra family and guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room features comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV for viewing all your favorite shows. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!! The condo is also located just 3 units from the elevators so you don't have to walk far to get to the condo!

Both bathrooms were just remodeled with all new cabinets, granite countertops and custom showers. The master bathroom is a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the FREE UPGRADED WIFI throughout the unit for faster and more secure connection.

There is a stackable washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Building amenities include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, splash pad water park, 2 lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, half-court basketball court, fitness room, BBQ grills, gazebos and onsite security.

Phoenix V is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

You MUST be over 25 years old to rent.

This condo is managed by Phoenix Rentals LLC (a licensed real estate company in Alabama).

Room was well decorated , beds were very comfortable and balcony view was perfect . The only drawbacks were the ice maker didn’t produce ice and the coffee maker was difficult to operate . I also really had preferred covered parking .

September 2026 Girls' Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! This was our second year to stay in this beautiful unit. A few minor things need to be addressed. Some of the cabinet handles were loose. There was a broken part on the kitchen sink faucet. The straw rug in the living room had curled up on the corners, making a trip hazard. It also tends to slip forward when standing up. I think it should be taken out completely or replaced.

The only problems we had was that the dish washer didn't work correctly and the dryer seams to be going out since it takes multiple resets to get your clothes dry. You also have to wait a really long time on elevators. The rest of our stay was perfect.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the pictures with no surprises at all! The beach view was amazing, and we really loved the area. The only downside was having to pay an additional parking fee, which I didn’t agree with. Overall, though, we had a great stay.

Weekend stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend during Sand in My Boots festival. The location was perfect and near all the necessary shopping and restaurants. The setup was perfect for our group (only 4 of us).

Great condo!

Great condo, great location. I would recommend replacing the shower liner in the spare bedroom with something a little more high quality. We really enjoyed our stay!
