Lovely little cabin for a stay in Malibu

We were only in Malibu for a short time, but we enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cabin. It has all the basics that you need.

Beautiful Malibu Getaway

Has everything you need to escape from the world for a little while, waking up to the glorious colors over the water is a highlight for sure!

Beautiful Malibu Cottage

This cottage made for the perfect weekend getaway in Malibu! Gorgeous views, especially with the super bloom right now. Just a few minutes drive to the beach and great restaurants. Host was very responsive.

Excellent choice!

Beautiful sunsets in a comfy chair on the porch! Serene and quiet! My stay in this tiny white house on the hill was magnificent! Clean, well equipped, host is responsive, beautiful neighborhood, great location to beach, hiking, and food, comfortable bed… everything you need for a get-a-way in Malibu.

Cute cottage!

Perfect for two people. Easy parking and location, and communication from the host was great. Only complaint was the amount of bugs inside, due to a small crack above the door while closed. We informed the host of this after the stay, and they said they were planning to handle it. Half of the lights around the porch did not work either. Overall, great stay for the price and location. Cottage had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which was nice, as well!

Not as advertised

Property was not clean when I checked in, had to call property management to come clean. They were responsive after I got the correct phone numbers. The phone numbers on the check in instructions are not correct. There were a number of other issues with light in shower, loose toilet seat and light on the path to cottage. Most were address by owner. Pictures do not accurately reflect what the property looks currently. Positives of the property were great location and great WiFi.

We (a couple dog) stayed here for the weekend while competing in the Zuma Beach Triathlon and it was really perfect for our needs. The view is absolutely gorgeous at sunset and we appreciated the privacy of the cabin being significantly better than a hotel while sitting at a similar price point with equal amenities. Short ride to the beach and restaurants too. My only complaint would be cleaning. There were earwigs in the bathroom each day, the beach towels were sandy when we picked them up from the clean pile, and the pillows had a slight smell. We also were provided an incorrect entry code for check-in, but the provided contact was responsive in getting us the right one within minutes despite it being 10pm on a Friday when we reached out. Overall though, I'd recommend this place for a quick weekend for people down for a basic cabin experience. It was nice, but not for those who are seeking a premium luxury stay.

Awful place. A scam. Not accurate to the pictures listed- it’s cramped, dirty, and with bottom of the barrel furniture and dishware. There is a poisonous spider hanging in the corner. The view is of a dirt field, not the ocean. There are spots on the comforter. RUN.
