What an amazing place! This was the most well stocked house we’ve stayed in! Soft fluffy towels, comfy beds with great views, and a bath tub big enough to relax in - what a dream! We appreciated the chairs and umbrellas, and we basically had the beach to ourselves! The sand bar goes so far out when the tide is out, and the sunrises were fantastic. I don’t know who had more fun, our daughter or our dogs! We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our time at Changing tides. Everything you could possibly imagine that you would need was provided, The Beach is the best, we always find treasure out on the sand bars. The house was perfect. It was like a luxury resort, except it was private, which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

Great StayWe had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house was very clean, nicely updated, and exactly as described. We especially loved the privacy of the property and the attention to detail the owner put into making everything comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy, and everything about the stay went smoothly. Highly recommend.

5 stars in all areas. Wonderful location, absolutely stunning views from all over the house, spotless clean house with every amenity you can think of. And above all the host is amazing!!! She took care of every little need/query that we had.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, well stocked and so organized. The details from labeled cabinets, to kitchen spices, to a personalized welcome note far exceeded expectations. The location and views were amazing. We made great memories ringing in the new year! Thank you!

This property is unique with amazing views. Tons of thoughtful extra touches throughout. As pictured, the rooms do not have doors and there are lots of stairs and different levels, but again, that was not a surprise. The interior was clean, the decor was relaxing and I will definitely rent from them again when I need overflow from my unit which is 3 minutes up the road.

Gorgeous view! Clean, organized property with all cabinets labeled. Peaceful and quiet and just as described.Sara, our host was lovely and communicative. She even added lovely touches to make our trip more memorable and special.The view you’d wake up to is unmatched!Will be definitely coming back.

Wonderful hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. We brought our 2 dogs and they even had dog beds, treats and water bowls set out for them. The cabinets are very nicely organized with labels, a nice assortment of dishes and beach bags, cups and towels to enjoy the beach. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were also provided. We had a wonderful time for my dad’s 70th birthday with this gorgeous view and a perfect beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this property! The location can't be beat - literally steps from the ocean, with all the comforts you'd want in a vacation home. The owners literally thought of everything. Fully appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, fluffy bath towels, beach gear - what more could you ask for? Communication was excellent from start to finish with our hosts, and I will say that this was one of the most relaxing trips we ever took. We'll be back!

The location of this condo can not be beat! It is on the north end of a 3-unit building at the end of the beach right on the inlet. The views and access to the beach and ocean can not be beat. It is on a stretch of privately-owned houses with no public access, no driving, and dog-friendly beach. The host supplied everything imaginable for a stay at the beach and was quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to going again!
