Great property, beautifully appointed, very clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay that felt like being at home, but better!Loved the hot tub, fire pit, large jacuzzi bathtub. Proximity to Williams downtown was great — a very short drive. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

This was an extremely clean and well appointed home. The hot tub and fire pit were a lot of fun and easy to use and very well maintained. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen appliances, bathrooms and all electronics were in great condition. We had everything we needed. The communication was impeccable and seamless. Our two youngsters and the adults all had plenty of space to relax and unwind comfortably. 10/10 property.

The entire house was comfortable and well stocked. We were able to feel right at home right away. The furniture was comfortable, and solid, beds offered good sleep and everyone had plenty to entertain themselves from the game room, and hot tub to relaxing on the deck and taking a walk. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!

We were a family of 4, the property was exactly what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood, the host was very attentive and the house was immaculate. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the game room. I would definitely recommend it and if we are in the area would select it again.

My husband and I spent the weekend here and had an amazing time. It's close to Route 66 and not far from the Grand Canyon. The house is spacious with plenty of rooms and kitchen space, plus a large backyard. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond to any questions.

My family of 4 had the best stay. The priority was beautiful and spotless. The backyard was large and well-kept. Our dog really loved spending time out there. I just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit! The neighborhood is lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very welcoming, perfect area close to downtown Route 66 and Grand Canyon railway. Home and beds very comfortable to sleep on. My family really enjoyed this home. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this house and property! The house was immaculate, the furnishings high end, and the backyard was a dog’s dream. Communication with the host was easy and so helpful. I feel silly as we didn’t “discover” the space above the garage until 4 nights in! Air hockey, games and a cool place to do some yoga!The neighborhood is very nice and so close to Safeway. I recommend driving 2 minutes to Kaibab National Forest (N Double AA Ranch Rd) and walk the dirt roads or easy loop trails there. We saw no one but cows and deer! It was wooded and beautiful. We hope to go back next summer!

Great property. Everything you need. Beds were very comfortable, and blankets galore. There is a fire pit outside too that was not in the description, so even better. The host was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet and perfect. Will be staying with this company again.

We stayed with 2 medium sized dogs and the fenced yard was large and had great sniffs for them. In the mornings deer would walk past the front of the home. Usually between 20 to 40 from our count which was a nice morning routine. The host was very responsive. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. Close to town and the freeway, so going places was convenient.

House was everything we needed for our family of 5! Nicely decorated and comfortable! Was about a little over an hour to the Grand Canyon and was a great place for stay to enjoy the fun downtown vibe of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
