Spacious and elegant 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment on the second floor of our beautiful historic home. It has lots of natural light and a balcony that you can sit out on in the morning and enjoy your coffee.

Located on a quiet tree lined block in the historic neighborhood of Treme, just two blocks from the French Quarter and the Rampart Streetcar. Plenty of free on-street parking on our block.

It's just a short walk to Bourbon St, The Marigny, Frenchmen St and Louis Armstrong Park. This property will allow you to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer.

Each room is beautifully decorated with its own unique style & decor. It has an incredible layout, featuring bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathrooms in each. The roomy 1400+ Sq Ft apartment features high ceilings, pocket doors, private balcony, and hardwood floors. We have a pull out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 (to be used only by 6 guests who are paying the extra guests fee), and the pocket doors can be closed for privacy. Amenities include High-Speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV with HBO and Netflix, complementary coffee and tea, extra pillows and linens. Ironing board and iron, garment steamer, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

**Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings as we have very nice neighbors downstairs.**

Fabulous Experience

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Home is beautiful, cozy and location can't be any better. Walking distance to French Quarter, Bourbon ST. and Louis Armstrong park. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Beautiful apartment

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location, just a short walk from the restaurants and bars of the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Stunning and perfect

The pictures don’t do the bnb justice. What a gorgeous house. The tenants downstairs were SO SO nice. A nice quiet street, close enough to walk to bourbon. Very clean, and spacious. NOLA was great, but I don’t think I would’ve liked it as much if we hadn’t of stayed here. I fell in love with this house!!!! The owners were very easy to get ahold of and quick responding, even with my last minute email! If we come back, I hope we can stay here again.

Terrific Time in Tremé

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for two couples traveling together. So clean! We LOVED how close we were to all the sights and sounds we wanted to experience but were far enough removed to be able to relax and enjoy the quiet. Communication with Charlie was always so welcoming—if we find ourselves in New Orleans again, we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Comfy stay

The house was 10 to 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do by foot. The beds are very comfortable. We would love to come back :)

Perfect

Perfect everything. Perfect location (close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to be peaceful). Perfect accommodations (clean, quiet, locally decorated with interesting wall art, well stocked, very roomy). Perfect hosts (very responsive, left an excellent local guidebook that they sent in advance with easy check in and check out).

Charming Place

We adored this house down to every detail! Communication with the owners was effortless! It was about a 10-15 min quick walk into the heart of the quarter which was bearable even in the heat. Gas station a few steps away was very convenient for odds and ends. On Saturday morning we got to enjoy the music and people of NOLA parading down the street!! And when we didn’t feel like walking - our Lyft drivers were amazing! Love NOLA. Love the food! Love the music and art! Love the people! And we def LOVED this home!!

A beautiful home with a perfect location

This home is typical of the New Orleans style of architecture. It is gorgeous. It also was in a perfect location. We walked to the French Quarter so it was very convenient. The communication with the host was excellent. The host was very accommodating.

Just like home

This second floor apartment could not be more lovingly and tastefully restored. Its location on a quiet tree lined street provided ready access to the Quarter and was walking distance from downtown, the fairgrounds, and Jazz Festival. When we return to New Orleans I hope we will be able to stay here again. Thank you Charlie!

Wonderful place, super responsive host!

The flat was wonderful, both in size, location and decor. Everything one might need and more. Charming, well appointed. We loved our balcony time watching people pass by. Easy walk to French Quarter and Frenchman Street. Would definitely stay again. Charlie was quick to respond to our questions and was most generous with us. Book it now, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely amazing

The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was great - close enough to the French Quarter to walk but far enough away to get some peace and quiet at night. Charlie was very responsive and the property is definitely one of the best Vrbo rentals we have had on a vacation. Would highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous apartment, a stone’s throw from the French Quarter

It’s not that often when a property exceeds its description. This tastefully decorated apartment is light, spacious and comfortable. Anyone would be proud to call it home. It’s amazingly situated just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the French Quarter in edgy Tremé, which means it is walkable to pretty much anywhere. Snap it up when you can!

One of my favorite destinations for years has been New Orleans. I love the food, the music, the architecture and the friendly people. I finally got a place there several years ago with my partner, and we love to share our home with visitors.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The original home is over 100 years old and completely renovated in 2004. What makes this property so unique is the layout of the spacious interior. It is set up perfectly for a BnB. Each room has big walk in closet and private attached bathroom with shower and tub. It's in a beautiful area of historic Treme, and just a block and 1/2 to the French Quarter. We fell in love with the view from our balcony under a beautiful southern Live Oak trees. The best part of the day is having my coffee on the balcony under these beautiful trees.
