Perfect little spot for our little getaway! Will probably stay at this location again any time we have a concert at petco! It was perfect distance to everything!

FANTASTIC host, location, unit, process & communication!!The sound machine was a nice relaxing touch, gave a good vibe if botheted by the sounds of city life.The ONLY thing I woukd change a fan to get some air flow. Other than that. WE LOVED IT.****Was a 15 minute walk to the SD Padres baseball stadium "Petco Park" which was a HUGE plus.

This place was 10/10! Perfect location close to Gaslamp, and down the street from Petco Park! Loved the big comfy bed and modern interior. Definitely will be back to stay again in the future.

The bed was raised, and I could not get into it. The tub is very deep, and it was difficult to step over the side. There were no tissues, so I used toilet paper. Trains/trolleys ran right outside the window late at night.

The apartment was spacious and clean! Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We loved how close we were to so many things in San diego - it was just a few minute drive to the Zoo!

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely and elegant flat. We appreciated the decor and cleanliness. Secure parking was also a great bonus. Ariane respsonded promptly and politely whenever I contacted her. We enjoyed the 25 minute walk to the waterfront, its proximity to the symphony hall, and easy access to the swimming pool and hot tub. Thoughtful touches like the white noise machine, ear plugs and magnifying mirror stood out for me.

The location of the apartment is very central to all things downtown. The apartment was nice and modern. The bed was okay, the pillows were poor and the city tram system ran right under us so the one thing we will remember is KaKlunk, KaKlunk about every 5 minutes. I would not stay here just for that alone. It’s not the fault of the renter but just a simple fact of the location

This was my experience and you can decide for yourself. It states on the site that "Garage Parking Available. Enjoy the convenience of garage parking". We showed up and it was not in a very good area of town. We picked the place because of the garage parking and when I read the instructions to check in there was no information regarding parking. I messaged the host and the response was, I did not register you for parking because I did not get a response. To my surprise there was a message the day before asking about parking. I was surprised. Why put on the site that there is parking and then not just offer it? So because I missed a message I had to pay an extra fee for parking. Then there was the back and forth on what payment site we could use to get the money paid for the garage. There is only 30 minutes parking on the street until after 6 pm. Why would I not want garage parking? And in that area? After an hour we got checked in. We learned some rooms are on one side of the garage and some on the other. When you check out you need to use the parking transponder to get out. Find a place to park on the street, then run the transponder and the room fob back up to the room and and lock box and then free to leave. So my advice is when you book, send a message to the host saying you want to park in the garage right away. It is not automatic. Light rail runs right outside the room. The room is very cute and clean.
