The house was great for our family's stay. The house was updated & clean. The host was quick with responses & very accommodating.If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent right in downtown Wilmington with easy access to everything. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a really relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The property and host were amazing. Great location, plenty of room, and everything we needed for amenities. Dean was extremely responsive and accommodating. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and downtown. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This Wilmington home was just what we hoped for - clean, plenty of amenities and close enough to the river. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were perfect and the well stocked Keurig was much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us.

Loved the location due to being there for a college graduation. Young people loved being so close to downtown. Was a little worried about parking due to use having 4 vehicles but there were plenty of openings for street parking. We would definitely rent this house again!

Charming, historic southern home in an excellent location. All modern appointments and a pleasing style. Delightful front porch makes you feel at home in the neighborhood. Walk to coffee, breakfast and dining. Everything on one level also made it easy for a family member w limited mobility.

The property is well equipped and nicely updated for a home built in 1900. I had an issue with receiving the entry code but the owner was readily available and resolved my confusion within minutes. There is street parking but access to a slot in front of the home was never an issue. The lawn near the street needed mowed to make exiting and entering the vehicle on passenger side. Would recommend this property and would book again.

It's obvious this home was recently renovated. It's clean, spacious, pet and family friendly. The host was attentive and the location is awesome with beautiful aesthetics and all the right amenities. If you're trying to decide between this and another place in downtown Wilmington, I can bet that you won't be disappointed with this one. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to go! It was a "girls" weekend and these 2 70 year old "girls" enjoyed the house, the walk to the river front 2 days in a row, and the restaurants we ate at. Really enjoyed walking about & seeing the houses. The house was so clean and we had everything we needed and more. Be sure & walk to Rx Chicken & Oysters for a meal! Daniel was very helpful; answering every time we texted him about different things. My son came down for 1 night & was equally impressed with the house & surroundings. (He is not usually impressed easily) Thank you, Daniel, so much for this much needed weekend vacation!

The house was beautiful and location was great for our trip plans. Our only wish is that we didn’t have to stand on the sidewalk when we wanted to smoke or vape.

We had an amazing stay ! The home was spotless and the decor is so tastefully done! Plenty of room and the Kitchen is well stocked ! My daughter loved the porch swing! The location was perfect we were in town for my niece’s baby shower who lives in Wilmington. 10 minute drive to them . Walking distance to downtown and cargo district . Quick ride to wrightsville beach. Easy to get Uber’s. The host’s were very nice and helpful with suggestions on places to eat and things to do . Loved the homey feeling of the house and all the beds are very comfortable ! Would stay again!
