Probably one of our best VRBO experiences. Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for our needs while a family member was in the hospital. The host was very kind and gracious when we needed to extend our trip. Anytime we need to stay in ABQ I will book here.

I can’t say enough great things about this rental and the owners. The home was large and beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to the things we were in town to do and found some great restaurants thanks to the suggestions of the owners. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable I hope it is available when we return to the area later this year, because I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful area very quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood and in the house. The house had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

The property was great. Beautiful, great size for our family, nicely located. New updates were nice. Kitchen was beautiful Host was nice. Just had one issue trying to get in with code after driving 7 hours and getting in late but was resolved pretty quickly.

I stayed for one week. The house has been upgraded and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows.Lots of TV's but all programming via streaming. Limited channels available.The kitchen was missing some essentials. No tin opener, no bottle opener, pod coffee only, no toaster. Stove and oven are both gas.A box of tissues would have been nice.The owner was available and responsive via VRBO to answer questions.Self check-in and out worked well.

The property is recently renovated with new appliances and smart TVs with pretty much any app you could want. We did not spend a lot of time hanging out at the property, as we rented it primarily to spend time with friends and family in Albuquerque at other locations. The location is great- right next to the North Campus golf course, which is an excellent place for walking or jogging, and it is also close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants. It is a very safe neighborhood and adjoins the medical and law school campuses. I had teens staying with me, and it was fine for them, but I am not sure how great it would be for a small child who wants to mess with and climb on everything. The owner of the property was very responsive to every issue we had (locked ourselves out and a fuse blew in the kitchen). One small detail is that there is a very bright streetlight outside the house, so I recommend bringing an eye covering to sleep with (which I do when traveling anyway). Very quiet and private.

This is a fantastic property and I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in Albuquerque. The house is spacious, immaculate, and has all of the necessities. The owner is also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property and really appreciate that it was allergy friendly.

Great stay! The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. There are two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a lovely patio out back, and air conditioning, which was much appreciated.The hosts also provide a binder filled with fantastic recommendations for the area. We tried four of the suggested restaurants and loved every one of them.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
