Beautiful Garden Flat located 2 blocks from the famous "Windansea" beach. Seperate rental unit on 1st floor. Garden flat has its own 1 car garage and has installed brand new A/C in 2015.
Accommodates 4 guests; either infant or child is counted as a guest as well.
Two bedrooms/1 bathroom + shower. Kitchen has all necessary amenities. Has its own front yard court. High chair and crib included for kids.
Many restaurants, bars, retail shops & beauty salons are around 5-10 minutes walking distance from rental property. Twenty minutes walk to the Museum of Contemporary Art and to 'seal' watching (a favorite tourist site). Two minutes drive to VONS supermarket and CVS pharmacy. There is as well a public pool "facing" the unit if you feel like crossing the street for a quick swim.

Excellent La Jolla Location

We enjoyed a long weekend stay. Location is perfect for going to the beach and walking into La Jolla. There are also several great local restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was just as described, modern and clean and the owners ensured we had everything we needed. This included chairs and beach umbrella. We can’t wait to visit again.

Nice Street Level Flat

Courteous & responsive host. Excellent location. Clean and pleasant rooms. Requires F2F checkin and checkout. It's alittle hard to find at night because the street address is not easy to see on the house in the dark, and the actual entrances to this rental are around the corner. Needed the assistance of the checkin host to find it. Clean and empty kitchen with basic tools. Nice ceiling fans promote cooling ventilation, but heat pump right outside the main bedroom is noisy so leaving that window open while sleeping might be problematic for noise sensitive guests. Refridgerator is also noisy, so some guests might need to close bedroom door at night. Very nice to have garage space included. .

Amazing location, very comfortable and clean place. Loved having the garage to use - beach chairs, and every detail thought of. Will definitely come back!

Perfect for us!

We had a wonderful time on our trip to San Diego and La Jolla. This property was beautiful, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Nadia met with us at check-in to show us around and provide tons of recommendations for things to do. The beach is a short walk away and there are many restaurants within a 10 minute drive. This is a great option if you want to be near San Diego but not in the city. Sea World and the San Diego Zoo are both about a 20-30 minute drive away. I would 100% recommend this property and I hope we get a chance to go back sometime in the future!

La Jolla stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We began our vacation in Utah at the National Parks, and continued into California. We stayed in multiple hotels in this trip and ended here on this property, and it was by far the best. It was clean, cozy, convenient to the beach and restaurants, and just as advertised. Nadia was wonderful to work with and such a fantastic host. We would absolutely recommend this to others and would stay here again.

Light, bright and clean

We loved our visit. The living area is Light, bright and particularly spacious with ample seating. The Bedrooms are nicely sized and well appointed with a lovely hall bath, which includes a large shower and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is larger than the photos suggest, and had everything we needed. The garage was a fantastic bonus, and with careful navigation even accommodated our rather large minivan rental (2023 Chrysler Pacifica). Close proximity to Windansea beach was very important as it’s our favorite, and we walked there most every day. Nadia, the owner, was warm, welcoming and full of information about the local and surrounding areas. Overall a charming space and delightful experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing La Jolla stay

From the first day we got there to the day we left, absolutely amazing. The apartment was so cute and clean! Nadia was so accommodating! She literally had everything we could imagine! All of the beach accessories, puzzles, games, clean towels, dishes. We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Nadia!

Wonderful stay in La Jolla!

We had a great stay over our spring break vacation. The apartment location was the perfect home base for the zoo and trips to various beaches. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is super cute, very bright and comfy. The garage was a huge plus and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Nadia clearly takes pride in the space and was so welcoming and provided great recommendations for food and activities. Would definitely recommend!

La Jolla getaway

Great location, easy to stretch out but bath mat, dish brush,kitchen sponge and toilet brush were not clean and should have been replaced. Mattress cover and mattress were in need of a serious cleaning. Sheets and towels were nice and clean.

Great location

Just a 10 minute or so walk to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. A few issues came up and the managers handled it promptly. I would stay here again.

Convenient, Comfortable and Cozy

This is our second stay at this property. We love the location, only 2 blocks to the beach and a 5 minute ride to downtown La Jolla. The owners were very responsive to any request or question that we had. A huge bonus is the garage and the private patio - that is all yours ! You should put this property on your short list to consider.

Our most recent visit was our sixth stay at this lovely flat. Nadia & Jay have always been friendly and welcoming. My family loves our time here and we absolutely consider it a home away from home. We’ve made some core memories here which we will always cherish.

Great location, comfortable stay

This little apartment was perfect for our visit to La Jolla. The location was perfect, size was great and the garage was spacious. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleanliness. I found it not as clean as I would have liked and there were two used sponges left in the kitchen with no new sponges for us to use. Besides that, the space was perfect and communication with the property manager was amazing.
