Beautiful Garden Flat located 2 blocks from the famous "Windansea" beach. Seperate rental unit on 1st floor. Garden flat has its own 1 car garage and has installed brand new A/C in 2015.
Accommodates 4 guests; either infant or child is counted as a guest as well.
Two bedrooms/1 bathroom + shower. Kitchen has all necessary amenities. Has its own front yard court. High chair and crib included for kids.
Many restaurants, bars, retail shops & beauty salons are around 5-10 minutes walking distance from rental property. Twenty minutes walk to the Museum of Contemporary Art and to 'seal' watching (a favorite tourist site). Two minutes drive to VONS supermarket and CVS pharmacy. There is as well a public pool "facing" the unit if you feel like crossing the street for a quick swim.

Wonderful stay at a great location

Excellent La Jolla Location

We enjoyed a long weekend stay. Location is perfect for going to the beach and walking into La Jolla. There are also several great local restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was just as described, modern and clean and the owners ensured we had everything we needed. This included chairs and beach umbrella. We can’t wait to visit again.

Loved our stay!

Great location

Our family spent the week in San Diego and enjoyed this place. It was clean, close to restaurants, close to the beach, and close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

wonderful place

We loved staying at this rental. It was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and Nadia was super helpful and welcoming to me and my daughter. I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego!

Great stay in La Jolla!

Enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment. Great location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Good home base for our annual visit to SD. Owners were pleasant, easy to reach and responsive about a repair that was needed.

La Jolla stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We began our vacation in Utah at the National Parks, and continued into California. We stayed in multiple hotels in this trip and ended here on this property, and it was by far the best. It was clean, cozy, convenient to the beach and restaurants, and just as advertised. Nadia was wonderful to work with and such a fantastic host. We would absolutely recommend this to others and would stay here again.

Great location and hospitality

We really enjoyed our stay at Nadia and Jay's home! The location is exceptional, the apartment was very well cared for and well outfitted, and Nadia and Jay were amazing hosts. In addition, having access to a private garage was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again ;-)

Comfortable Place for Family with Young Kids

Place was fantastic (just as advertised)! Nadia was excellent to work with. The private patio area was enjoyed by our family, and the single car garage made going places around San Diego a breeze. We would definitely love to stay at this place again!

Perfect location!

Loved our stay at this charming garden apartment! Close to Windansea Beach as well as other LaJolla attractions. Nadia was a pleasure to work with, and her well-appointed apartment met all our needs! Will definitely return to this wonderful spot!

Overall the property and location met or exceeded high expectations and the location is perfect!

This is really a great propery. The house is beautiful and is meticulously maintained and the location can't be beat. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Can't wait to return!
