The house was perfect for our stay in La Jolla. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect to walk in the morning for coffee and stroll in the evening to many of the nice restaurants for dinner. It was an added bonus to see the ocean sunset each night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, especially the close proximity to beaches and cute shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We were visiting for a wedding and appreciated that an iron was available for use. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very responsive and communicative- answered all questions and was very flexible.Location is perfect- would stay there again.House is small but large deck and outdoor areas front and back give an open feeling.

This was our second stay here and we will be back again. Easy walk to ocean views and surf stairs at Tourmo. Love the variety of restaurants in Bird Rock without being too commercial. Quiet street, easy parking and great location!

Very nice property in a great location! Just minutes walking to beach and restaurants/shops. Very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Parking on the street near the property was always available too! The deck and backyard are excellent amenities!Unfortunately we arrived in LaJolla in the middle of a blistering heat wave. The apartment had no air conditioning, only ceiling fans. I guess most of the time here, AC is not needed. It was different during our stay. The host provided a box fan which arrived on the 3rd day of our stay. We purchased an evaporative cooling tower which worked pretty well. We left it with the property since we couldn’t take it with us.This is a very nice property. We would have hoped for a better response from the host, but I guess these kinds of weather issues make for an unsatisfying situation for everyone.The host graciously shipped us an item we left behind so we are thankful to him.

Perfect spot for a La Jolla vacay!

We really enjoyed this space for our family of 4 trip to La Jolla! It had all the perfect amenities and was very clean! Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to swimming beaches! Would recommend without hesitation!

Wonderful stay, home looked new…so clean, well-appointed. You can tell the owner wanted to create an inviting and lovely atmosphere. You can't beat the location! We will definitely return!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had a great stay, everything we needed in a vacation spot. The area is super walkable with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops around and just a 10 min walk to the beach. Easy driving distance from La Jolla and downtown San Diego.

The Best San Diego Weekend!

The neighborhood/location was the star of the show. Couldn't recommend this place more for a romantic long weekend in quiet Bird Rock!

I highly recommend this location, it’s spacious enough for 4-5 people, there’s outdoor space, beach is close, and all the amenities are provided. 5 stars.

Great getaway home

The home was exceptionally clean, which I truly appreciated! It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and it offered a wonderful view of the ocean nearby. Communication was excellent. I would love to stay there again.

This cottage space was adorable and perfectly immaculate. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a coffee maker. We were blocks from the beach, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood was friendly and walkable. Bird Rock was lovely!
