Welcome to Cliffside Retreat, a luxurious 3BR/3.5BA mountain home where every bedroom features its own private ensuite. Perched above a beautiful creek with long-range mountain views, this retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort, privacy, and nature. It is ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

Inside, enjoy a spacious open-concept layout with cozy living areas, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, breakfast bar, and dual coffee setup with drip and K-Cup options. The lower level offers flexible sleeping space with two pull-out sofas and a private king suite, perfect for multiple families or couples traveling together.

Step outside to soak in mountain beauty. Relax by the outdoor fire pit, fish or wade at your private creek access, or unwind under one of three covered pavilions with picnic tables and charming swings. Whether you are roasting marshmallows, sipping morning coffee by the water, or exploring nearby Blue Ridge trails, Cliffside Retreat provides the perfect setting for both adventure and relaxation.

Guests have full private access to the main home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the kitchen. Outdoor spaces such as the fire pit, pavilions, swings, and creek are available for your enjoyment. If the nearby Cliffside Cottage is booked separately, outdoor areas may be shared. When reserved together, you will enjoy the entire property privately.

• Pet-friendly: One dog under 35 lbs with a $150 pet fee.
• Self check-in via secure lockbox and keypad.
• Exterior security includes a Ring doorbell and cameras at the driveway and rear of the home. No interior cameras.
• Check-in after 3 PM. Check-out 11 AM. Lost key fee $150.

- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- Check-out by 11:00 AM

Guests & Occupancy:
- Maximum occupancy: 10
- No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval
- No parties or events — quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

Pets:
- One dog allowed, under 35 lbs, with prior approval
- Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet and any damages

Smoking & Substances:
- No smoking or vaping indoors
- Outdoor smoking only in designated areas
- No illegal substances permitted on the property

Safety & Property Use:
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the creek, fire pit, and swings
- Fires allowed only in the designated fire pit; extinguish completely before leaving unattended
- Do not move or remove indoor/outdoor furniture

Security
- Exterior security cameras on site: doorbell at entry, one facing driveway, one rear facing driveway
- No cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas

Keys & Access
- Lost keys or access devices will incur a $100 replacement fee
