Perfect, pet-friendly cabin close to great hikes and beautiful Mountain View’s. We enjoyed cooling off in the creek after a day of hiking and sitting on the porch looking at the stars. We had a wonderful visit.

Awesome place in and equally awesome place. Very quiet and very home like. I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch. If I make it back to Virginia I will definitely stay here again:)

Good view of the mountain from the front porch. The creek was warm and gentle. The property and house was very clean and well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Blackstone grill was a welcome addition as well as the fans under the awning. Beautiful property and very communicative host.

A Perfect Riverfront Getaway!This was our second time staying at this lovely rustic cabin—we even came during the winter!—and it was just as amazing as the first time.After long days of hiking, relaxing in the hot tub was absolute perfection. We loved taking the canoes out on the river, playing the games provided, and watching the local wildlife like deer and ducks right near the property.A huge thank you to our host, who is so kind, sweet, and easy to talk to. They always treat my husband and myself well and make sure our stay is special. We cannot wait to come back again!

Wonderful view. Peaceful. Gracious host. All the modern amenities. Hiking spots are within 5 miles. About 20-40 minutes away restaurants, breweries and wineries.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at the cabin. The privacy and quiet were exactly what we were looking for, and we loved the hot tub on a chilly night. Tammy was very responsive and friendly, which we deeply appreciated.

This cute little cabin was the perfect getaway for my wife and I, but would also be a lovely place to bring the kids! Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful little creek on the property looks like it would be nice for swimming when the weather is warm. Kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could need. Just make sure you don't forget anything, the store (any store) is a bit of a hike lol. Host was very nice and made communication easy. All-in-all we had a lovely weekend, highly recommended!

If you are looking for a cozy, quiet reset nestled in the mountains, this is absolutely the place to be. The location is breathtaking, offering a private slice of paradise with beautiful riverfront access right on the property.From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was a breeze, and settling in felt effortlessly like coming home. We spent our days soaking up the peaceful mountain views from the deck and our evenings unwinding by the massive fire pit—it was the perfect way to disconnect.A massive thank you to our host, Tammy, who was genuinely sweet and responsive to any questions we had. While this trip was just my husband and me, the property is welcoming and spacious enough that it would be a fantastic getaway for families with kids as well. We are already planning our return trip for the spring or summer to experience the river in the warm weather! Do yourself a favor and book this spot.

This property is a hidden gem! We met my husband's brother and his wife for the weekend for some family time. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the deck and visiting. The creek beside the cabin was great, we spent the day Saturday kyacking. This cabin has everything you need from a stocked kitchen to lots of games for indoor and outdoor fun. Not to mention the large hot tub. You will not regret visiting this property, it has everything you could ever need. Tammy, our host, was so nice and very helpful. She kept in contact with me throughout the weekend to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We were very happy and we will be returning!

I am both surprised and disappointed by your review. You had an issue that I took care of immediately. I offered you a full refund if you wanted to leave, you declined and wanted to continue with your stay. I refunded you a one night stay to make up for the issue you had. You said everything else was wonderful, but still wrote a 4/10 review.
