I’m sorry the elevator construction noise disrupted your mornings — that work was scheduled by the building and we understand how frustrating the drilling can be. I also apologize for the issues with the beach service; chairs and umbrellas are handled by the onsite vendor/association, but we will pass along your feedback about overcrowding and the early removal policy so they can review spacing and wind procedures. Finally, I’m sorry you found sand on the counters and that the shower was stopped up. Housekeeping and maintenance have been notified to address those items.
