Step into the unique charm of Casa de San Marcos, a Victorian apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This one-of-a-kind property features an open-concept living/dining and kitchen area on the second level, with French doors leading to a veranda. The spacious loft above offers a bird's eye view of the living area. The main bedroom, tucked away from the bustling street, ensures a peaceful night's sleep.

The apartment shares this beautiful Victorian home with Luli's Cupcakes on the first floor!

Casa de San Marcos is in Saint Augustine’s historic district. You are steps away from antique shopping, food, and other attractions. The Castillo de San Marcos, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, The Fountain of Youth, Francis Field events, The Old Jail, and much more are within blocks. Our property is in the San Marco Shopping District and has a trolley stop nearby in the Uptown San Marco Shopping District!

This location is also near fishing, with the Vilano Pier just a few minutes away. There are plenty of places to put in your boat or rent a charter. Crescent Beach lies to the south, a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach or join the crowds on Saint Augustine Beach. There are plenty of choices!

To free up your time for more sightseeing, you can have Wal-Mart deliver groceries to the apartment's front door during your stay!

Great stay on our Girls Cupcake Retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, it was very comfortable. We would definitely come back again and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a perfect location in Saint Augustine.

Great location and porch

Location was fantastic and easy to get to everything around town either by foot or by the trolley line. The balcony porch is fantastic and great for morning coffee or evening listening to the live music next door. We enjoyed it

Cute place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and in a great location. We walked downtown each day. The loft was a perfect spot for the kids.

This place was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for what we needed. The cupcakes downstairs was awesome. The pizza place next door was great. Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults. I wish we could of stayed longer.

Super Cute, well maintained and perfectly located

This place was amazing and well maintained. We woke up every morning to fresh cupcakes being baked downstairs. It is perfect walking distance to everything! Love it!

Great place and location.

This is a historic home upgraded with modern amenities. Floors slope a bit, but me I appreciate the character of the home. It was well furnished and had all the basics for the kitchen to do some "home cooking." I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again. Great for a families with kids (not babies due to the stairs).

Very comfortable

We had a nice stay in this historic apartment. Great location and within walking distance of downtown historic St Augustine. During our two weeks there we used our car two or three times. Some great beaches a five minute drive away. Marty was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Location, Nice Amenities!

This vacation rental was great! The location was perfect and is well within walking distance to many of the sights and trolly tours. Pedi Cabs are available on certain days and helped out as well! The condo has updated furnishings and is very nice. Outside area is very clean and is great for pets. Lovely porch overlooking San Marcos Street.

Awesome Place!!

We just returned from spending Thanksgiving weekend in St Augustine and with this house as our base. We were so delightfully surprised by this house - it is very well done!! The look and feel of the place is just fantastic...and the location is absolutely perfect!! We did not need to use a vehicle the entire time we were in town. All of the sights and attractions are in east walking distance from this house. And the cupcake place (Luli's) downstairs is awesome!

Beautiful, historic apartment that has contemporary, clean interior with the charm of the original exterior. This apartment has everything you need for the perfect vacation. It is quiet and private and only 10 minutes walk from town & attractions. 5 minutes from grocery store & there is a pizza store next door. The owner was super helpful & very easy to deal with. We had a fantastic week here and would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a great location, and was very clean and well kept.

Enjoyed the stay at the property. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was functional. Plenty of lines were provided for 4 people for the weekend. The only issue was that I would have liked to have been made aware of how steep and narrow the staircase was to the loft area. Suggestion: provide fans for the porch area or install outside ceiling fans so that you can enjoy sitting outside.

Great location for exploring

We have never been to St. Augustine and wanted to stay in the city. Very happy with the location - we walked everywhere and never had a concern about where we would park. The apartment is nicely sized and comfortable - we sat on the veranda a lot enjoying the city life. Check in was simple and easy and communications from the property manager were clear. My reason for not giving the property 5 stars is because it really needs a good hands and knees cleaning.

Great family vacation spot

We stayed there for a long weekend. The location was great and within walking distance of most of what we wanted to do. It’s a real quick drive to Vilano Beach. You also get the smell of cupcakes from the bakery in the entry staircase in the morning. One thing of personal preference worth noting is that the pizza place next door did have live music until between 9-10 in the evening. My youngest enjoyed listening to the music from the balcony, but I could see that not being ideal for those who have really young kids or who go to bed early.
