Inside there are European commercial appliances, natural gas fire places, high efficiency forced air heating and air conditioning, 55' Smart TVs and super-fast, reliable internet/wi-fi. There is no carpeting in these units -- just luxurious stonework and porcelain floors. The residence is fully furnished, the kitchens fully equipped. We provide all linens and beach towels. We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Boogie Boards, sand toys and 5 beach cruisers. When you return from the beach, there is an outdoor natural stone beach shower and more fun in our game rooms with pinball, Pac Mac, and Foosball.

There is no smoking and no pets allowed anywhere on the premises.
