Beautiful view and condo was just as shown! Beds were a little firm and didn’t have as much hot water as we would have liked but overall it was good!

Glad you all enjoyed! It is a spectacular place. We had just gotten feedback the beds were too soft and removed the toppers... we will get more! :-) ...never had a hot water problem, not sure if too many bathing/showering back-to-back, but we have tested and can replicate. Thank you for vacationing with us hope you can come again!

When I booked the wrong day and Expedia said sorry they couldn’t help me I called the host directly and she took care of changing my date. The unit was perfect, with an incredible view and very clean. Comfy beds too! Great for our guys fishing trip it would also be great for a family vacation. 10 out of 10!

Location was great. Kids had fun in the indoor and outdoor pools. Condo was clean and neat. Joy was great at communicating. The one thing I have to gripe about is the 65 per car parking fee. I know this is out of the hands of the owner but I would recommend only bringing one car if you can. We had three cars. 195 parking. Understandable if spots were limited, but that was not the case. The parking lot had 100 open spots at all times. Over all we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation in wonderful Orange Beach, AL.

I read reviews like crazy before I book anything. I always appreciate the ones that give me a “heads up” so to speak, about little things so that I can manage expectations or be prepared. The unit is located on the 2nd floor. The stairs were much faster than waiting for the elevators. The view was very nice and unobstructed. I could occasionally hear laughter coming from the pool but it was not an issue at all. The room was clean and all appliances were in working order. I had plenty of towels/washcloths. The one thing that I was not a fan of was that the thermostat was locked at 70º. It was not hot the week I was there and I was traveling alone or this would have been an issue. The front bedroom was too warm. I did find a fan in the closet but I do not know if it would have kept it cool enough, depending on your personal preferences. This is not a complaint, just an FYI. There was less than half a roll of TP in one bathroom and 1/2 a roll in the second so plan your Walmart delivery accordingly. :) Overall the unit was very nice and the host was excellent.

Thank you for the five star review so glad to enjoyed your stay! The condo is the third (3rd) floor from beach level. There are stairs at each end and three (3) elevators. The air conditioner has a governor on it. If any doors are open it will not go below 70 to prevent it from freezing up. Being so close to the surf the gulf air is quite humid. Backup toilet paper is in each bathroom. It must’ve been in a cabinet. I will communicate with housekeeping and ask them to be sure to leave it in view. Thank you for your kind words.
