The condo was perfect for us, each person got a nice clean bed. The 2 bathrooms worked good for 4 people. Overall, the place was very comfortable, quiet and reasonable priced. Katherine was awesome to deal with!!

We were a small group of friends who met up in Birmingham for a conference and this place was perfect for us! Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfy and we had everything that we needed. The condo is in a lovely and quiet setting with a stunning view from the dining area. Several of us went for a walk around the condo neighborhood early in the morning and it was so beautiful and felt very safe. It was also conveniently located close to our event, grocery stores, etc. The hostess, Kathleen, was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.We all agreed that we would recommend this place to anyone and would consider it again if we are ever back in Birmingham in this neighborhood.

Unit was great overall except missing g a lot of kitchen gear. Be prepared with your own cutting board, toaster, bakeware (think making casserole). The barn door to one room did not stay closed. The unit is listed as dog friendly but did not have a vacuum to help clean it up and additional was kept out of the deposit as a result. I have advised them to provide a vacuum if they expect it to be dog hair free.
