It's perfect for lounging with loved ones and watching your favorite movies or listening to the waves crash below. King, queen, and twin bed can sleep a family of 5. Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and ocean including boogie boards, smash ball, beach chairs and umbrella, surfboards and more! Enjoy high speed, wireless internet, flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms plus free unlimited Netflix streaming.
Watch the surfers, whales, dolphins and pelicans from the living areas, master bedroom and your spacious balcony with barbecue. A beachy feel indoors with the Pacific Ocean right outside. Guaranteed to make your San Diego vacation memorable.
Solana Beach and Tennis Club is one of the larger complexes on the bluffs with beautiful landscaping and water features. It has one swimming pool, two spas, and 4 tennis courts. The clubhouse has a game room including ping pong and billiards. Be sure to bring your own equipment! There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex. Solana Beach is a cozy seaside town that has great shopping and excellent restaurants and is centrally located for easy access to all San Diego has to offer. We recommend visiting Seaworld, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park and the San Diego Botanic Garden.

Amazing….

This condo in Solana Beach had amazing views! The condo itself was very clean. The neighborhood/town was quaint, clean, and we felt very safe. The crashing of the waves down below was so calming especially at night. The rental company Stubbs/owner were great to work with and responded always in a timely manner.

Awesome location

The location of this condo could not be better. Well appointed and modern, the unit and the overall property features were more than adequate. The condo was very pricey, which was the only downside that would keep us from returning.

Great home!

Everything was such a great experience! The views are amazing. The location was perfect, in a really nice quiet spot. We think best spot on the property! The ease of booking and checking in, is a nice easy process. There are a lot of stairs to get to beachfront, but necessary to have that amazing view! The condo is stocked nicely with what you need for the beach. Including chairs, beach toys and even surf boards that made it really easy to enjoy all the beach has to offer. Such a great visit, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location Superior Stay

The property was better than the pictures. The view from the deck was amazing. In December we kept the door open all night just to hear the sounds of the ocean. The complex was safe and secure. Locked gates. The furniture and bedding were high quality. The complex was quiet with direct access to the beach. We had no problems and everything was perfect. If you are looking to get away and enjoy the beach this IS the location! Communication with the rental company was great. Check in and out was quick and easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Beach and Ocean Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In my opinion this is a very comfortable unit. Loved the ocean views! If that is your priority this is the place for you! The kitchen was updated and well equipped. The bathrooms have been updated, nice shower, Toto/bidet toilet. Would have appreciated a chair in the master bedroom, a dresser with drawers that open and close without difficulty, and bed linens that fit the bed. The pillows were king size with standard size pillow cases, the “fitted” bed sheet was much too large for the low profile mattress. I was also not happy with the bath towels, Motel 6 quality. That said, this unit was not a disappointment.

Wonderful condo in a great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views are amazing! The unit was perfect for my family of 3. Beds were comfortable. Showers and sinks were all good. The cleaning crew could spend a little more time cleaning. The kitchen still had sticky food residue on a few of the cabinet handles, but aside from that, the kitchen had all the amenities you could need. Dishwasher was a little finicky, but, was able to get it to work on one cycle. Having a fireplace was great and easy to use for cool nights. Patio deck was sufficient to enjoy the amazing ocean views. 2nd level was nice because you weren't directly on the walkway. Easy access to parking garage and no stairs to contend with to get to the unit. Overall, this was a great stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Property - Unlucky Timing

This property is in a great location and the property itself is amazing. We were just unlucky with our timing in that the unit below us was under renovation and they spent the entire week we were there putting in a new patio right below our porch. So the porch we paid extra for was pretty much unusable during the day while the workers were working below us. They were nice enough but not something you want when you're on a vacation. We talked to Stubb's about it and were basically told they couldn't do anything for us unless the workers were making too much noise or working outside of the HOA approved hours. It would have been nice to have any sort of support from Stubbs like a discount on the rate, or a care package of some sort, rather than saying they couldn't do much of anything for us. Other than that like I said the property itself was great and had everything we needed and would recommend it to someone else - just hope there isn't a renovation happening nearby during your stay. The remainder of the experience with Stubbs was great and straightforward but just didn't appreciate the lack of support after we paid extra to have a beachfront condo to use the porch.

Amazing View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful private corner location and view. Enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, volleyball players and watercraft. Nicely remodeled - especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture is comfortable but couch is very low and difficult to get up off of if you have joint problems. Appreciated having a TV in the bedroom. Ice machine not working - needs ice trays. Surf is extremely loud. Unit does not have A/C and was even a bit warm in April. Parking is in a garage and was relatively close to unit but might be difficult for mobility challenged people. 10am check out - especially since you had to bring the key back to the property management office by 10am was not ideal - especially at the price point of the unit.

Best and serene view of the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 6 nights. Booked directly so saved money as did not have to pay Vrbo charges. Clear communication. We reached around 8 pm and keys were in the lock box with code texted to us. The condo is well maintained. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Kitchen is exceptional. No A/c but most ocean front properties do not have one as they rely on the sea breeze. Plenty of fans and heaters provided. Bathroom bidet was fun. Had 2 parking spaces. Kitchen utensils, plates, cups were more than adequate. Whole Foods and Vons supermarket is 6 min and we got some groceries and cokes most of the days. There are some nice restaurants near by. CVS is walking distance for water and other stuff. We walked to cove park which is 8 min from the property. View of pacific and surfers was exceptional and my favorite sipping coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We went to the zoo, sea world on New Year’s Eve and safari park all about 20 min drive from property..Overall one of the best vacation property ever and will definitely return.
