Stony Ridge offers a convenient and comfortable stay in the Heart of the Black Hills. Located a block off Hill City's charming Main Street, it's within walking distance to local shops, delicious restaurants, the historic 1880 Train, and the scenic Mickelson Trail. Explore nearby attractions like Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial, and Black Elk Peak, all just a short drive. Whether you're visiting for nature, history, or relaxation, this is the ideal base for your getaway.

Featuring a spacious master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an adjoining ¾ bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. There is full bathroom with storage in the hall.

The living room contains a sofa bed, loveseat and recliner to sit back and relax after the day’s adventures. A washer and dryer are also available.

The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a dining table. There is also a gas grill and picnic table outside.

Guests at Stony Ridge are invited to use the pool and hot tub at the Super 8 by Wyndham that is just across the street.

Great place to stay. Clean house and everything we needed for the trip. Walking distance to the restaurants and train station. I would recommend this property to anyone and will stay again in the future.

Great location. Short walk to every thing in hill city. So nice not to have a list of cleaning jobs before we leave.

We love staying in Hill City. Super quiet location and house was exactly as advertised! Accommodated our family of 5 comfortably! We unfortunately were there during some record setting heat and the bedrooms were a little toasty even with the fans that were provided! It was just a trick Mother Nature decided to throw at us! No fault of the property and the mini-split kept the common areas really nice and cool! Would definitely stay again!

Would have loved a more accurate description of hot tub and pool The description before choosing to rent it implied that they were on the deck but 5 feet behind the house was a rock wall with no space for any kind of pool or hot tub

Sorry for the misunderstanding on the location of the pool and hot tub. The listing does state that they are across the street at our property, Super 8 by Wyndham.

Our stay was pretty good but we were disappointed in one of the bathrooms. The booking says tub or shower which turned out to only be a tub with a non operational shower head. I probably should’ve looked into that further but did not, so I’ll take some of the blame on that. I’ve not taken a bath since I was a child (I’m 52) but did on this vacation as it was the only option in that bathroom. We rented a house with two full bathrooms as there four adults and we wanted to maximize getting ready in the morning, only having one functional shower made that difficult. Overall the house was pretty good as it was close to town for nighttime activities without having to drive back home after having a few cocktails.

Property was clean and serviceable. Needs updates to appliances like coffee maker, better pots and pans. Failed to report that only the main living room/kitchen has AC. The did have fan in each of 3 rooms. Overall a bit pricey for 2 nights. Great location within walking distance to Hill city Main Street tourist areas with shops and restaurants. Close to Mt Rushmore and other places.
