Very clean, neat, put together place. Had everything we needed, great location. Beds were comfortable, everything was exceptionally nice!! Can't wait to stay again

Super cute place with lots of great little extra touches like sound machines in each bedroom, qtips, coffee & creamer, etc. The real win was the beach chairs and umbrella that made our short walk to the beach even easier. Perfect location and place to enjoy the beach and local restaurants very communicative hosts!

This place was in ideal location, clean and nicely furnished. Courtyard and spa was lovely. Only downside was parking.. street parking was a battle.

We stayed 6 nights with our family of 3 and our dog and had a wonderful time. The house is completely renovated and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space to relax both indoors and outdoors. It was hot in San Diego the week we were there but once we had the A/C and fans going, the home was extremely cool and comfortable. All the little details were covered to include toiletries, keurig capsules, beach toys and towels etc which made the experience as close to hotel living as it gets! While we had to park on the street, we didn’t have much of an issue finding a space but we did most of our exploring walking as restaurants, shopping etc are all very convenient in the area.

The location is great and the place is well maintained. Our issue was the gate code didn’t work when we arrived and we had told them we were checking in at 11pm. We called the after hours line and no one is on phone duty after hours. I emailed and didn’t get a response until 7am the next morning. We jumped the fence to get inside the house. We also asked floor an extended check out by 2 hours and they wouldn’t confirm because they were waiting to see if the house would be rented. They originally told us to book an extra night if we needed the extra two hours. After the check in snafu they did extend our check out at no cost. On Saturday the hot tub people came and drained the hot tub to clean it so it wasn’t hot Saturday night. Overall it’s a great location but the customer communication is not the best. I even asked in a message if it was AI responding to me.
