This charming waterfront home is designed for guests ready to enjoy the fresh Maine air, beautiful sunrise views, and relaxed coastal setting. Located just 50 feet from the Harpswell waterfront, the home features an expansive deck, private gas grill, and warm, nature-inspired décor.

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen includes stone countertops and everything needed to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The downstairs bedroom has a large dresser, new window blinds, and a desk for remote work or school. The main bedroom occupies the entire second floor and includes a private furnished balcony and an en suite bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. Two TVs offer YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and HBO using guests' own accounts.

Two kayaks are provided for guest use. Guests have walking rights across the neighboring property to access the shared wharf for enjoying the view, launching a kayak, or boarding a boat. The wharf and surrounding property are privately owned and may not be used for lounging, gathering, parking, or storing personal belongings. Guests must not use the neighbors' kayaks, chairs, or other property. There is no boat tie-up or overnight docking available.

Beautiful, modernized home. Exterior was left a bit unkept. Some of neat, modernized fixtures took a bit to figure out (shower). But great spot for 3-4 people.

Great Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful time and stay in the house! It fit all our needs and beautiful sunsets and sunrises ! Would book definitely be booking again !

Fully equipped kitchen, but we didnt cook except for water for tea and take out. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. Great country store with good pizza. Relaxing place for mother, from VA, and daughter, from TX, to get away and explore small towns. Yes, it was a little far to travel but daughter graduated fron U ME, Orano, 25 years ago. We renewed old friendships.

Harpswell Retreat

This beautiful, clean, and spacious house by the water truly lives up to its name! Plenty of common space, comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, balcony views of water, charming Maine decor, and provided kayaks make this an ideal vacation spot for a small family.

Lovely stay in Harpswell

We had a very restful week away. The house was clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. It was so nice to have water access and the opportunity to get out on kayaks. We loved hanging out on the deck for meals and found some great local restaurants as well. Would definitely come again!

Amazing place and view

We loved staying in this house! Everything is so well equipped for enjoyment, birdwatching, bbq, cooking, kayaking, etc. the location is lovely and the view fantastic. The host was super friendly and hospitable. We are definitely coming back here again.

I want to start by saying that the house is beautiful and the location is prime! It's a very quiet neighborhood and it fit my family and what we were looking to do perfectly. That being said, i do have some bring ups although I should note that we did not complain or bring these up to the host, but they are consistent with the other reviews, I think I was just expecting the bring ups to have been addressed prior to our visit. The washing machine does not work, when we arrived it was constantly beeping with an error code, we had to unplug it. The upstairs shower looked amazing, but the water does not get hot, we had to use the downstairs shower. It also didn't have body wash, the bottle was empty. The fridge water dispenser doesn't work, it needs a filter, but more importantly it tries to make ice and ends up making clacking sounds, sometimes in the middle of the night and sometimes very loud, if you aren't expecting it, it can be startling. Remote for the TV by the sliders doesn't pair with the TV. The cleaning done prior to our visit didn't look super thorough as I found bottle caps and such on the floor in the main living area, which is a concern for toddlers and pets. Lastly there's a lack of window coverings upstairs in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. I bring this up because I could see the neighbors so I'm sure they could see me. These are easy fixes and the house as a whole was very relaxing and that was the most important thing for us. Would recommend but FYI.

Wonderful Fall getaway for Bowdoin’s Family weekend!

We loved staying at the house - to wake up to the view of the harbor was fabulous! The house is lovely with nice space to gather for breakfast or watch a movie. Loved the ease of turning on the fireplace. The master bathroom is gorgeous!

A great place to get away and relax!

The house is beautifully decorated and the layout of the home is wonderful. The views of the water from the house are just breathtaking, especially the sunrise in the morning from the master bedroom. The location is quiet and peaceful, just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this home.

Great location, lovely home

This home is truly lovely! We cooked dinner on the gas grill, and ate on the lovely patio one night, and had lobster rolls at Holbrooks the other night. Watched sunrises and sunsets from the dock. We love Harpswell, and have stayed in many rentals over the years -- this was one of our favorites!

Peaceful and pretty

Beautifully decorated house with luxurious touches in scenic Cundy’s Harbor. Quiet broken only by gulls, and the occasional fishing boat leaving the harbor. Close to Brunswick with Maine State Musical Theatre and Gelato Fiasco, and Bath with great restaurants & shops. Very dog friendly area.

Good place with a great view

Overall very happy with our home. Beautiful quiet location. Home was gorgeous with amazing amenities. Only complaint was with check in and cleaning process. Asked us to to check in late due to home not being cleaned when we were already 10 minutes away from there. Took 4 hours for the homes to be cleaned and they were early getting to the home while we were packing.

Tricky to initially locate but fantastic house with lots of amenities. A couple of notes: There are multiple loose tiles in the walkway, the upstairs bathroom towel rods are not secured to the walls very well, and the dishwasher does not work.We experienced a brief power outage during a storm, but had an excellent time in a very comfortable home.

Excellent location

Excellent location, beautiful home. Overall very happy. Cleaning services caused us to be almost 4 hours late to check in. We sat out on the deck while we waited which was a beautiful area. Also busy after the 4th. Showed up early at checkout. The water we were on was peaceful- just what we needed for a reset. Overall very happy with the home.

Beautiful house and location

I have never stayed in this part of Maine before so this house was the perfect place to stay. Brunswick was only a 15 minute drive away if we needed restaurants or shopping and the islands of Bailey and Orr were also close. The house is very well maintained, quiet and the views of the water and local lobster boats were beautiful. Combine that with the kayaks and pier access right in front of you and you have the makings of a perfect vacation.

Cundys Harbor

Memorial Day Weekend, came from Upstate NY to see friends and family. Dont stray too far. Everything you need is with 15 minutes. Must do's Hawkes Lobster and Holbrook's Wharf! House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going!

A great place to connect with traditional Maine coastal culture

The house was very comfortable for our November get-away--warm, cozy, and dog-friendly. Being in Cundy's Harbor was a real treat; seeing a historic and vibrant fishing village in action was fun. The views from the front of the house were beautiful, with the trees turning color and the tide coming and going through the day. Being so close to Brunswick as well as historic Orrs and Bailey's Islands, and within an hour of Popham Beach and Reid State Park make this a perfect vacation spot.

Great weekend!

Such a great place to spend an anniversary weekend! Everyone in town was super friendly and not a far drive to stores and gas stations. The view of the sunrise on the top balcony was amazing!! The entire house was amazing. Very private and quiet, with a dock to enjoy. Our dog had a great time too! Overall, wonderful stay.. would love to come back!! :)

House was clean and nice for a couple. Driveway is a little tight and the dock while nice to sit on is not that well suited for water activities. Only major problem was the dishwasher was not working and were told that a new was on order. We were not informed of this before the rental. But should be fine for next person. Overall nice experience.
