Welcome to your cozy coastal escape! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom beach house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests (maximum 4 adults and 1 infant/toddler), making it the perfect getaway for couples, small families, or friends looking to enjoy the Texas coast.
Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the home features modern furnishings, including built-in USB charging ports and power outlets in both the sofa and bed frames, so your devices stay powered throughout your stay.
Relax on the spacious deck, enjoy the coastal breeze, and take a short stroll to the beach. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, complete with hot and cold water, before heading inside to unwind.
Planning a celebration? We welcome small private gatherings with prior approval. An additional gathering fee applies, and all gatherings must be approved before your stay.
Please note that the home has one indoor restroom. If you’re hosting an approved outdoor gathering, we strongly recommend renting a portable restroom (porta-potty) for the comfort and convenience of your guests, especially if you’ll be utilizing the outdoor spaces.

We loved our stay here! Excellent location for a quick walk to the beach, cute and clean, and kid friendly by providing outlet covers, pack n play, and highchair. Would recommend!

Our stay at Flip Flop Villa was beyond our expectations. The property was clean and well kept, appearing to be brand new. The hosts provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable including items for children. They gave clear instructions for check in and check out and provided prompt answers to any questions that we had during our stay. The proximity to the beach made it easy for us to access with our family of young children and made our trip most enjoyable. We highly recommend Flip Flop Villa for any family looking for a retreat.
