Just 42 steps from the beach, this 1957 beach cottage was recently remodeled to its original charm with hardwood floors and gabled ceilings. Kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. For the cooking enthusiast the kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, full set of pots and pans, bake ware, utensils, dishes and glassware. The cottage is complete with linens, towels, beach towels, and hair dryer. The spacious front patio is furnished with a sofa, table for 6, two market umbrellas, gas BBQ and fire pit-the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, read a book or enjoy a casual BBQ. Full size washer and dryer located in the 2 car garage.

Another wonder stay!

Spent another wonderful week for spring break with my 9 and 13 year old daughters at this beautiful beach house. The property is exactly as described and only a few quick steps to the beach. One of my favorite aspects is the quiet and secluded front patio where we enjoyed evening fires waiting for the sun to set. Ronnie was once again a fabulous host. I would not hesitate to bring my girls back for a 3rd time. Thanks again Ronnie for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay in South Mission Beach

We have been coming to South Mission Beach for over 10 years now and have probably stayed at 8 or 9 different places. This was one of our favorites. The front Patio area is by far the best we have had and the owners were wonderful hosts.

Great Property

We do a girls trip to Mission Beach every 1-2 years and this is the first time we stayed on the south side. The property was great. There was plenty of room to park in the garage and the rooms were comfortable. You can’t beat being a minute walk from the beach! We would stay here again!

Great Time at a Great Place

Ronnie's beach house is in tip-top condition, and she is super easy to work with. Highly recommend a stay here for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Excellent stay!

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay in South Mission beach. The beach house was immaculate, warm, inviting and close to both the ocean and the bay. We would recommend it to anyone traveling to the San Diego area.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was exactly what we were anticipating and we can’t wait to go back! We loved the bikes and the washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Clean and quiet house close to the beach with a wonderful outdoor area. Thank you!

Great location and outdoor space!

This property is in a great location! So close to the beach! Also, the outdoor area is awesome! We utilized the fire pit to make smores most nights! The kitchen is well equipped and the house is very cutely decorated with a wonderful beach theme!

Complete Relaxation

This darling beach cottage was absolutely perfect for our week in San Diego. The location at the southern end of Mission Beach is ideal if you want peace and quiet; yet Belmont Park is a short walk away. We enjoyed every, single day and loved returning to this beautiful home each night.

Spring Breaking away from the rain!

We loved our stay in Mission Beach, it was a great location and there are lots of amenities within walking distance and easy access to the freeways. The home was well appointed and just steps from the beach. Thank you for hosting us!

Great home and fantastic stay!!!

Perfect location is close to everything, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet. Still an easy walk to Belmont Park. This home has everything you could need for a fantastic getaway. We were a party of four and enjoyed our stay without a doubt. Second time renting this amazing property!!

Fantastic Property

My family and I spent 10 days at this wonderful cottage. It was absolutely perfect for us and only steps to the sand. It felt very private even though neighbors are close. Ronnie was a fabulous host. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Cozy Cottage

Accommodations were very well organized and decorated. The owner provided everything a traveler could need. The garage was a big asset especially because of limited parking in the area. All in all a good find in the least bustling part of Mission Beach.

Ideal

We loved our stay in Mission Beach. The property was perfect for our group. The outdoor patio in particular was great with plenty of seating for us and some visitors. The fire pit made the evenings plenty warm during a cool few days. It was close to everything we needed. We'll be back.

Returned to Beautiful Cottage

This is our 2nd visit and we loved the cottage just as much this time. It is so beautifully decorated inside and out with everything you need from beach towels to every kitchen utensil! We love the courtyard and the fire pit not to mention the short walk to the beach!! Cant wait to come back. We tell all our friends about it too!!

Couldn't have been better

Our family had an excellent time at this house. It's walking distance from the beach, we loved the patio - perfect for fires and having friends over for dinner - and loved that it was a 1 minute walk to the beach. Thanks to Ronnie and Steve for hosting!

We had been renting in north Mission Beach for the past 13 summers and enjoyed each summer with our daughters. We found our cottage on VRBO three years ago for a long weekend and saw great potential. I kept in contact with the owner on the chance that it might be put on the market. And it did! Our court is truly one of the most desirable courts in south Mission Beach. We have wonderful full-time neighbors!
