This unit is located on the 2nd floor in excellent condition and tastefully decorated, travertine flooring & granite counter tops, 1 car garage, in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, flat screen cable TV, BBQ located on the ground floor.
3 bedrooms are set as follow:
1 Master Bedroom suite with a king size bed & walk-in closet
1 guest bedroom with a queen size bed
1 guest bedroom with a set of twin beds
Within a walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants & Newport Pier, 5 miles away from Fashion Island, 7 miles away from South Coast Plaza

Great location made our stay perfect. You can walk to restaurants/shops/pier or ride the bikes provided. Edward was helpful and quick to respond. Condo was very clean. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was amazing and great place to relax.

Amazing Stay

This property was well managed and very enjoyable. It helped that we had a million dollar view of Newport Beach. Would stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a family of 6.

Great Place to Stay!

This was a beautiful place to stay! The space was great, clean, comfortable and right on the beach! We had 3 people stay and there was plenty of room. Had all the modern comforts! Would definitely stay again! Beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the deck!

Great Spring Break Stay

We love staying in Newport and really enjoyed this property. Communication was great and check in/out was easy. Property was well stocked and inclueded beach chairs, toys and towels. View from the balcony was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful clean home

Great proximity to food and fun! Waking up to the ocean makes for a relaxing time. Manger is so great and caring. 2nd stay and we will be back!
