We don't want to work so hard making a living that we forget to live! Enjoying time with friends and loved ones is a priceless gift. Too often vocations and busy schedules consume most of our days. We believe that regular getaways with friends and family are a great way to create space for connecting, relaxing, adventuring and making lifelong memories. Our tropical themed condos are favorite getaway destinations for us to create these memories and we invite you to make them yours as well!

Relax on the lanai and take in the partial ocean view. Savor a good conversation over a home cooked meal or a night on the town. It’s just a 3 minute walk to one of Maui's best swimming beaches and the sunsets are stunning! Our condos are nestled in the Maui Vista and Maui Banyan complexes with warm trade winds, tropical flowers, singing birds, plumeria trees, palms, shared tennis courts and pools, and shopping and dining are within walking distance. Please note that the HOA has outdoor security cameras mounted and pointed at the shared pools on property.

Our hospitality assistants will prepare the condo for your arrival, give you a personalized numeric door code (avoiding the hassle of keys) and they are available 24/7 should you need assistance. We look forward to accommodating you.

GREAT stay!

Our family of 4 had the privilege of staying here for 10 days. It’s a beautiful location minutes away from anything you could want. The hosts’ communication was quick and helpful! We had a power outage that affected a few things but had quick support.

Great location and family friendly

This is our second time staying at the Maui Banyan. The location is great! It’s across the street from the beach and walkable to several restaurants. The pool on the property is great for young kids. The unit itself had a well appointed kitchen, 4 beach chairs, and a pack and play for our baby to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo

Condo is little dated but clean inside, faces parkade but view of the sea from the Lanai. Maui Banyan has nice pools, BBqs, and hot tubs x 2. Location is great a short walk across street to 2 incredible beaches Kamaole 2 and 3. Condo management was quick to respond (out toaster didn't work) and a new one was provided quickly.

Excellent Maui Condo

All 4 of us adults enjoyed this condo and the Maui Banyan resort very much. First of all, the Maui Banyan resort is wonderful. The location is ideal, in South Kihei, across the street from wonderful beaches, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. South Kihei is centrally located to be able to travel to other parts of Maui including Wailea, Hana, Kaanapali, and the airport. The landscape is beautiful. The resort has a nice pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables. Our condo was perfect for the 4 of us. All of us had our own space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable sleeper couch in the living room. There were air conditioners in the living room and each bedroom so everyone could adjust the room temperature at night. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to prepare meals for us for breakfast and dinner. The balcony was large enough for the 4 of us to enjoy happy hour. Although our condo faced the parking garage, we could still get views of the beach and Haleakalā from the balcony. We had our own free parking space in the parking garage. There were items we could use from the condo including beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear. In summary, we enjoyed our vacation here very much and I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great home away from home

Just a fantastic home and a great location. Walking distance to the beach, food, and activities. Parking is a true luxury. The home is very comfortable and the hosts do a tremendous job of communicating to make everything so easy. Just a Superhost. Nothing is lacking. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Maui Banyan

I love the location, right across from the beach. The pools are great! There is all the amenaties that you need. Its nicely upgraded. I like seeing the view of the ocean out the main balcony(its not a big view of the ocean but its so pretty). This is the third time staying at the Maui Banyan and I love Kehei, its not as crowded and family friendly. We will be back for sure!

Wedding and trip to relax

We enjoyed our stay. Just as it was described. We used the pull out bed. It was a very comfortable mattress. The use of the foam pad was helpful for my husband's bad back. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Helpful to bring your own spices. We cooked most of our own meals. Quiet and lovely surroundings. Beach walk was short. 4 chairs in the closet. Swimming pools were both nice. The pool area was a great place to grill, too. If one of your biggest decisions on vacation is to go to the beach or the pool, between activities, this is the place for you and your crew. Thanks for the fabulous place to stay.

Amazing location!

Perfect location - close to everything you need, the beach, stores, restaurants. Cherie was amazing to deal with - went well beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. Unit was well laid out for our family of five - master bedroom was very separate from the rest of the unit for privacy and lots of space for our three almost teenagers. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!!

Excellent condo in Kihei

I would strongly recommend this VRBO property. 2 couples, 4 adults, were very comfortable. It was nice the bedrooms were not right next to each other and each bedroom had access to a lanai. Beds were comfortable! Condo had everything we needed for any meal we made. The Maui Banyan is located within walking distance of some great restaurants. Having access to a shopping cart to get groceries upstairs was an added bonus. We utilized the beach chairs and coolers everyday. It was great not to have to purchase them. There were other items to use as well, an umbrella, beach mat. The owner Cherie was amazing to deal with. She responded to emails right away. I would highly recommend this VRBO. I look forward to booking here again.

Amazing place to stay!

First off, Cherie is absolutely wonderful!! She is excellent to communicate with. Right before my trip I had all the information I needed to access the property, which started my visit on such a positive and relaxing note. The location of the condo is perfect. You will be right across the street from two of the most beautiful beaches on Maui You will also be far - enough away from the road which I enjoy so you don't near any road traffic. The condo itself outstanding! The layout of this two bed two bath place is incredibly set up. Both bedroom and bathrooms are across from each other with the kitchen and living room in between. If you're traveling with a large family or another couple this gives everyone a little more privacy. The local property manager also does an amazing job communicating with guests. The check on you fu ensure the process of accessing the condo went smoothly and are very friendly. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Kihei to stay here. Quick side note there's store you can pick up little things you may have forgotten and a cinnamon bun/ coffee shop a quick walk away.

Great value for the money for a family of five.

A clean and tidy property, all appliances looked new, and worked well. There were plenty of cooking accessories to make stay-in meals easy to prepare. Kameole II beach is just across the street from the Maui Banyan, and seems to be the best of the three beaches according to locals and we agree, although any beach in the area is great. Four beach chairs, boogie board, 'noodles' and flippers (great for our 11 year old granddaughter), and plenty of good quality beach towels supplied by owner. All family members reported that the beds were very comfortable to sleep on, and we fitted a 3 inch foamy (supplied in a box in the unit) on top of the hide-a-bed for extra comfort. The owner/renter reserved parking space (under cover), was great for keeping our rental vehicle cool (outside temp 25 deg. C. plus every day - please convert to deg F. if you need to). The two swimming pools were used at various times, and the amenities (barbecues, eating areas etc), were always spotlessly clean and well maintained. A really enjoyable stay at a very well priced unit for us Canadians. I somehow managed to lock all of my family out of the unit one day, but the local management company were easy to contact, very helpful, and provided a new front door code straight away. Mahalo

Great location, solid accommodations

Enjoyed the unit’s proximity to beach and town. Parking was easy. Unit’s layout worked well for our family of four with use of the pullout sofa. Sliding door to bedroom was not operational—only issue. Master bedroom really nice size. A king size bed would be a nice upgrade. Would consider this unit again in future.

Our family has been in the vacation rental business since 2003. When you reserve our tropical getaways you are dealing directly with the owners. We enjoy visiting our "home away from home" and creating memories as a family. Some of our favorite activities are swimming, jogging along Kihei’s beautiful coastline, snorkeling, hiking, our short walk (just 3 minutes!) to Kamaole 2 beach, and driving to various locations to enjoy the diversity of the island.
We have on-island hosts, conveniently located near our condo, who provide our guests with services such as entry code, maid service, and they are on call 24/7 should a situation arise that needs their immediate attention. Together our goal is to create an enjoyable guest experience.
