We don't want to work so hard making a living that we forget to live! Enjoying time with friends and loved ones is a priceless gift. Too often vocations and busy schedules consume most of our days. We believe that regular getaways with friends and family are a great way to create space for connecting, relaxing, adventuring and making lifelong memories. Our tropical themed condos are favorite getaway destinations for us to create these memories and we invite you to make them yours as well!

Relax on the lanai and take in the partial ocean view. Savor a good conversation over a home cooked meal or a night on the town. It’s just a 3 minute walk to one of Maui's best swimming beaches and the sunsets are stunning! Our condos are nestled in the Maui Vista and Maui Banyan complexes with warm trade winds, tropical flowers, singing birds, plumeria trees, palms, shared tennis courts and pools, and shopping and dining are within walking distance. Please note that the HOA has outdoor security cameras mounted and pointed at the shared pools on property.

Our hospitality assistants will prepare the condo for your arrival, give you a personalized numeric door code (avoiding the hassle of keys) and they are available 24/7 should you need assistance. We look forward to accommodating you.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was perfect with a great beach just across the street and easy walking into Kihei. We really liked the Kihei location for access to all the Maui sites. It's very easy to get around. The condo was very well appointed and had everything you need. It's also a very quiet building. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation at a great condo!We love Kihei and Maui Banyan is right in the center of it all.The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. —There is a full kitchen, rolling cooler, 4 beach chairs, a wake board, snorkel gear, and two beach umbrellas. —The AC worked great to keep us cool at night…and there was always plenty of hot water for all 6 of us!—The washer and dryer came in handy so we didn’t have to pack as much.The owners and management were great about communicating and making sure we knew everything going on and had everything we needed while we were there.They were SUPER accommodating and helpful!We will definitely look to stay here again hopefully for our 3rd trip to Maui!

Beautiful condo in Kihei

The property was as expected. The unit is well stocked and has plenty of beach items (chairs, boogie boards, sand pails etc). All of the information we needed for our stay was provided easily by the host. More than enough room and space for two couples. Was a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Great location!

We really loved the location of this condo. It's walking distance to beaches, groceries and coffee - what more could you want. Communication was excellent.

GREAT stay!

Our family of 4 had the privilege of staying here for 10 days. It’s a beautiful location minutes away from anything you could want. The hosts’ communication was quick and helpful! We had a power outage that affected a few things but had quick support.

Great location and family friendly

This is our second time staying at the Maui Banyan. The location is great! It’s across the street from the beach and walkable to several restaurants. The pool on the property is great for young kids. The unit itself had a well appointed kitchen, 4 beach chairs, and a pack and play for our baby to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo

Condo is little dated but clean inside, faces parkade but view of the sea from the Lanai. Maui Banyan has nice pools, BBqs, and hot tubs x 2. Location is great a short walk across street to 2 incredible beaches Kamaole 2 and 3. Condo management was quick to respond (out toaster didn't work) and a new one was provided quickly.

Excellent Maui Condo

All 4 of us adults enjoyed this condo and the Maui Banyan resort very much. First of all, the Maui Banyan resort is wonderful. The location is ideal, in South Kihei, across the street from wonderful beaches, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. South Kihei is centrally located to be able to travel to other parts of Maui including Wailea, Hana, Kaanapali, and the airport. The landscape is beautiful. The resort has a nice pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables. Our condo was perfect for the 4 of us. All of us had our own space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable sleeper couch in the living room. There were air conditioners in the living room and each bedroom so everyone could adjust the room temperature at night. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to prepare meals for us for breakfast and dinner. The balcony was large enough for the 4 of us to enjoy happy hour. Although our condo faced the parking garage, we could still get views of the beach and Haleakalā from the balcony. We had our own free parking space in the parking garage. There were items we could use from the condo including beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear. In summary, we enjoyed our vacation here very much and I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great home away from home

Just a fantastic home and a great location. Walking distance to the beach, food, and activities. Parking is a true luxury. The home is very comfortable and the hosts do a tremendous job of communicating to make everything so easy. Just a Superhost. Nothing is lacking. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Maui Banyan

I love the location, right across from the beach. The pools are great! There is all the amenaties that you need. Its nicely upgraded. I like seeing the view of the ocean out the main balcony(its not a big view of the ocean but its so pretty). This is the third time staying at the Maui Banyan and I love Kehei, its not as crowded and family friendly. We will be back for sure!

Our family has been in the vacation rental business since 2003.  When you reserve our tropical getaways you are dealing directly with the owners. We enjoy visiting our "home away from home" and creating memories as a family.  Some of our favorite activities are swimming,  jogging along Kihei’s beautiful coastline, snorkeling, hiking, our short walk (just 3 minutes!) to Kamaole 2 beach, and driving to various locations to enjoy the diversity of the island. 
We have on-island hosts, conveniently located near our condo, who provide our guests with services such as entry code, maid service, and they are on call 24/7 should a situation arise that needs their immediate attention. Together our goal is to create an enjoyable guest experience.
