Guaranteed to feel right at home at Buddy's Place in Kitty Hawk and you will surely want to return year after year. Accommodates 6 people...the actual nightly rate includes all of the taxes and cleaning- it will show a higher rate at booking- full disclosure on VRBO.... EXAMPLE: nightly rate $449 but will show $529 (estimated) when bookin..... taxes (ugh!) included.... Don't forget your sheets....

Outstanding Ocean Views and the beach access to the Atlantic makes this fantastic semi-Oceanfront home- a perfect vacation choice. The steps to the ocean are right in front of the house; Located just 75 feet from the Beach, your family will love being close to the ocean. The furnishings and décor are so comfortable, you’ll feel right at home. Bright, cheerful and very well equipped, this home has a covered deck facing the ocean, where you can relax and enjoy the cool Atlantic breeze.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 cars, Picnic Table and Patio BBQ Grilling area, outside shower and full bath, covered deck, direct access to beach (just across beach road).

Main Level: Open living and dining area w/TV entertainment center, ocean views, Full size Kitchen, Pub table with additional counter bar seating, 3 Bedrooms: Room #1 Queen bed with tv.. Room #2 King Bed with ensuite full bath(tub-shower combo). #3 Double bed.. Buddy’s place was perfect for our family of four. Location was perfect, we loved the private pathway just a few steps to the ocean. The beach was not crowded at all. Sometimes it was like we had the entire beach to ourselves. Thank you Buddy!

The beach house was perfect for our family of 4. The location was excellent and close to many restaurants and shops. There were dunes in front, with beach access across the road, giving a view to the ocean. The chairs and front porch swing were great, along with the outdoor shower/bathroom! We enjoyed our stay!

Buddy's Place was an adorable house. We had a fantastic week at this property! Convenient to the beach and the outside bathroom was a plus! The roof over the front porch allows for being outside when raining. The chairs on the porch were comfortable and durable. Highly recommend this rental.

This is the third year that we have stayed at "Buddy's Place". It was an amazing experience!! Everything was perfect. A few steps away from the beach, clean house, and all the amenities that you could every want. We were very fortunate to be able to stay for two weeks this year. The weather was great and the view was even better. Thank you Buddy and Dawn for an amazing vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Buddy's Place and couldn’t have been happier with the location! The beach access across the street is literally the best. The cottage was hands-down the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever stayed in, which says a LOT considering it’s right on the beach. Everything was clean, comfortable, and nicely stocked, and we really felt like the place had everything we needed for a great week.One little heads-up for future renters: definitely read the details about what to bring with you—toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and you’ll need to bring your own sheets as well. Not a negative at all—just something you’ll want to remember before you arrive!We had a fantastic stay and are already considering coming back again next year!

Fantastic location !

Was so nice to be so close to the beach! Nice little place and had all we needed. Was too hot to hang out outside until the sun went down but really enjoyed the porches and tiki bar. Could walk to the Black Pelican and short drive to many other restaurants and shopping. Beach was so close!

Great OBX Beach House

Buddy’s Place was a great beach house for our family vacation this year. It is the perfect size for a family of 5 or 6, and provided us with all of the comforts and convenience of home. Being so close to the beach with the access directly across the road was very nice - not having to carry all of our beach gear very far was awesome! We’ll definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit OBX!

Great stay in Outer Banks

The rental was perfect for our family of 4 which included 2 teens. Being across the street from the beach with semi-private stair access to the beach was terrific. We had the unique experience of being able to watch a nest of baby sea turtles hatch/emerge and make their way to the ocean one night, the highlight of our trip.

At The Beach

Great house for my family to stay to get some beach time. Walking to and from the beach was a breeze. Close to restaurants. Just the right sizes house for us. We will be back!

Cozy Cottage

While this was not the largest cottage we have rented it was definitely the coziest and we truly enjoyed the location, steps from the beach. We enjoyed all of the outside areas which included the front porch, the back deck and the downstairs bar and yard area. The house is decorated in a beach vibe that just feels warm and inviting! Will definitely rent again!

Buddy's place

We had a great week at Buddy's Place. It feels like a real beach house. Nice finishing touches on decor. Loved the outdoor space and downstairs bathroom. Only downside was a slightly small kitchen/ dining room. Great beach access.

The ground floor and 2nd floor layouts were spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. Parking was ample and beach access right across the road was very convenient. The only negative was having to provide our own bed sheets

By providing your own sheets you don't have to get up early Saturday the day of leaving wash and dry sheets all you have to do is pack and leave thank you so much for your review buddy's place
