The property was just as described. Nice and roomy for our family vacation! Up to date furniture with all the necessities needed. Great beach access, a nice lazy river pool with grills & a nice indoor pool. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again!

A great beach getaway

The view was great. The condo was spacious. Beds were comfy. Access to the beach was good. We were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella, right there on the beach. which was great.

Perfect Beach Stay Home

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. Very clean, loved the decor, comfy beds and plenty of towels. Check in was easy and anytime I had a question, I got a quick response. We will definitely stay here again.

Great to eat on the balcony and hear and see the ocean! Lovely decor, beach gear and games and comfortable beds. Lots of room. Will return!

Family Beach Trip

We loved this condo. It was set up perfectly for our family. The entry was great. The rooms were perfect for us. We loved the location and all the amenities that came with it.

Upscale Relaxation

We had a marvelous stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the furnishings and amenities are well appointed. The best thing about staying at Phoenix 6 is the very short walk across the boardwalk to the sugar sand private beach. Another plus is the pool complex for when you want a relaxing break from the waves. We’d love to stay there again.

Great condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Definitely worth booking again. Only complaints would be there needs to be more silverware (forks, spoons & knives), bowls for mixing & serving food, Tupperware style containers for storing leftover food with lids and more space for storing non perishable groceries. We had a great trip and condo location was perfect for us! The pool and beach access were great for our families!

Would not stay here again.

Needs lots of work, back door, outlets, dishwasher, master shower. Dishes were wet and filthy.

Perfect location

Quiet and clean. Only issues was patio door leaked badly during heavy rainstorm. Also TV in one room did not work.

Our Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aftering driving 3 hours, we finally got to our destination only to find a condo that was not cleaned. I got in contact with the cleaning personnel and she was very helpful. She moved us into another condo for the night and came right over to clean our condo the next morning. I thought this was going to be the vacation from ****, but thankfully it wasn't. After our condo was cleaned, we moved back in and we had a blast!!
