We LOVED our stay here! Being able to wake up to the beach/ocean every day was incredible. The location was perfect for things to waln to & not far to drive to some activities. Lots of restaurant options too. Communication with host was great, very responsive! We would absolutely stay there again.

The location was excellent. Right on the beach and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The condo was clean and very well appointed for cooking.

Well loved our stay at IRB and the property was even better than the photos! Everything you could possibly want for a stay at the beach; beautiful views, directly on the beach, parking at the door, spectacular sunsets, fantastic restaurants mere steps away and charming accommodations with all the supplies you would ever need. Jeri is the best!

This little Nest was a great place to decompress and relax with my husband. Just steps from the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Walking distance to most eateries, and coffee cafes. Jeri had everything you would ever need for the kitchen and many beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Even though there were stairs, I can say my legs seem ed stronger by the end of week. No humidity all week was definitely a gift from God. This is a small unit which was so nice, and the neighbors were super nice and friendly. Perfect for couples. My granddaughter came for a couple nights and there is a pull out couch which she said was pretty comfortable. And master queen was super comfy. The balcony facing the ocean was my I time place every morning. Jeri was very quick returning my texts when asking questions. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location, great place to stay

We loved our toes on the beach. Our host Jeri thought of everything and more. The condo was fresh and cared for. Check in and out was very easy. We definitely want to return.

Excellent Experience

The location couldn’t have been better. Literally 50 steps to the beach and within walking distance of all the best restaurants. Condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner was super responsive and the neighbors were very welcoming. Strongly recommend.

Beach vacation in relaxed setting

All was great. Right on the beach. Close to several eating establishments within walking distance. Comfortable clean well stocked living space. Pictures do not do justice to this space.

Great views and great owners

I am not a fan of fireworks so this was a blessed relief as Indian Rocks doesn't allow fireworks. This condo has a beach view as well as tons of options to keep you busy..books...games...etc. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back some day.Just an fyi for older folks like me...this is on the second floor...so steps...and there is one step from the livingroom to the kitchen.

Understated, over delivered!

Communication with the property owner (Jeri) was easy and thorough. She has thought of literally ever amenity and her property is truly an amazing slice of paradise in that it is comfortable, welcoming and beachfront! Its beauty and proximity to everything is understated and Indian Shores is a quaint destination, not overpowering. Just what we were looking for! Highly recommended and many thanks!beachfront!

This is a perfect getaway for 2. Right on the beach. Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset every night. So peaceful. There was attention given to every detail. I will definitely be back!

Just what we were hoping for

Unit 4 at The Nest is a comfortable, convenient,well equipped, roomy, quiet and private property. Inside it has everything you need and outside it’s spectacular. The proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony (due west, gorgeous sunsets) are amazing. The beach is uncrowded and relaxing. Lots of great, fun restaurants nearby. Jeri was very helpful ansd so easy to deal with. This place comes highly recommended!
