June 28th to August 15th 2025 require a 3 night minimum stay. Check in and/or out on a Saturday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are a 3 night booking. Fri, Sat and Sun
Stays of 7 nights or longer (off peak) are discounted by 5%
