Can you see the bright sunrise? Can you smell the fresh, salty ocean air? Coveted oceanside Station One condo located at mile marker 8.5 between the highways (beach road and hwy 158). FIRST floor unit is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are all right there! Enjoy the local seafood. Visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, Aquarium, first US colony, wild mustangs on the beach, Jockey's Ridge, and more!
Condo offers a king size master with private bath, and a 2nd queen bedroom with full bath. Both bedrooms lead to outside balcony.

Plenty of parking under and around the building.
Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, pots and pans. Dining room, flatware, cups, plates are all here!
Fresh bright paint and entertainment center in living room including flat LED Smart TV, DVD/Blue Ray, movies, games, internet access, Roku TV channels and ability to login to TV apps to stream your own subscriptions.
Secure keypad access to the unit.

*Will need to provide your own linens. Please ask if you'd like to rent these items locally and work these into your stay. They'd deliver and pick up these items.** More affordable than you may think.

Great location and an excellent host

We stayed for three nights and loved the place. Spacious, very clean and well-organized home just a short walk from the beach.Communication with the owners was exceptional. Would definitely reach out again about another stay when we travel to the area.

Great little place near the beach.

The property was very clean and well taken care of, and communication was excellent with the owners. It was about a 3 minute walk to the beach access, and very close to shopping and grocery stores. My family had a great time and we're looking forward to going back again.

Wonderful location and amazing host

We had a wonderful stay here at kill devil. A block away from beach, lot of dining options near by. Good for families with kids. Host Aris is a well organized person and is evident from our check in and check outs being very smooth. We will return again

Excellent long weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Aris was very helpful with giving us lots of information before our stay. Communication was wonderful! This condo is located just a few mins from the public beach access and lots of restaurants near by. We were able to fit comfortably with our family of 6. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We did have to bring our own linens but we didn’t mind that since we like our own sheets anyway. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

We had a lovely time. My girlfriends and I all agreed that it was very pleasant. The condo was clean and had a lot of extra touches. We appreciated the location, it was very close to many things. The owners were very attentive to making sure our stay was pleasant. They left detailed instructions that helped a great deal. We would stay again.

Great location

The place was on the small side, but perfect for what we needed. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the Villa. It was within walking distance to so many great places and a short walk to public beach access.

Great location!

The place was perfect for 3 people (myself, husband, and teenager). Just the right size knowing that we would be spending much of each day out and about. Easy walk to the beach and several great food options in very close proximity.

July 4th getaway

Aris was so helpful and prompt in replying to any questions we had. The condo is cute, cozy, and fit our needs exactly. Beds are comfortable and size wonderful--no twins or bunks! Only king and queen! Having the two separate bathrooms were a plus. Location is great, although wish the beach access was a little closer, but not too bad, even for us old folks! Will definitely keep this property in mind for future stays.

Perfect summer getaway

We loved that the Condo has two bedrooms with two bathrooms attached. So it was perfect for two couples. The location is in the middle of so many things to do and see. We enjoyed the beach, sightseeing, and the lost colony play in Monteo.

Adorable condo, just a 5 minute walk to the beach

We easily found the condo, and there was plenty of parking. The public beach access was a short (or drive, as there was parking). There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was 3 of us, and there wa splenty of room. The condo had everything we needed to cook a quick breakfast and make coffee. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

We had a wonderful time. It is in a great location. Close to great restaurants, shopping and great beach, Aris was very responsive during our stay especially with Tropical Storm Orphelia making an appearance! The condo was great for the two of us with room to spare. We highly recommend this location!

Convenient Condo

The condo is equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. It has two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer in the condo. Parking is under the condo. The owners are easy to contact and respond to any questions immediately! We had a great stay and would recommend this condo.

You can do an extraordinary number of things all within a few minutes walk or drive and certainly less than an hour from most everything you'll want to try or experience. This location between the highways provides a more intimate experience to anything you'll do. Walk to get some shopping done, or walk to your soon to be favorite restaurant. Don't feel like struggling to find a place to park the car and hit the beach? You don't have to! You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes! This location has it all, including great amenities, benefits and affordable prices!
