Welcome to Pablo Beach Vacation Rentals! This unit is a beautifully renovated beach condo 1 1/2 blocks from the water. Upstairs unit. Completely updated. Tile floors throughout. Updated kitchen with all the amenities. Private yard. Please see listings 471209 595721 and 563549 for additional units available on this property. Great restaurants, coffee shop (local Breezy and also Starbucks), surf shops within walking distance. All other shopping very close! 2 full bedrooms with queen size beds. Bonus room with futon. Pets welcome. Free off road parking.

Great beach location!

Communication with the property owner was fantastic! Apartment was clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach was so nice for a daily stroll. I would definitely stay here again!

Typical beach cottage

We really enjoyed the property. The owner was readily available when we had a question about parking. She answered within minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Mommy daughter beach trip

Perfect location to the beach, food, and shopping. Perfect size for us for 3 days. Property was as listed and I would stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location ... Perfect property

My two kids, husband, and I (along with our dog) stayed in this property. It was absolutely perfect for us and the location was AMAZING!! It was a very quick walk to the beach, and a very easy walk to Publix and other places. I hope to absolutely stay in the property again in the future!!!

Great Location

Loved the location, blocks from the beach and all the restaurants and shops in walking distance. Loved the little fenced in yard for our dog too. Very limited supplies, as noted in listing, so we just did a big run to Publix. Only negative was the beds and pillows were not comfortable so we just went shopping and bought a bed topper and pillows since we were staying for week and all was well. Up and coming neighborhood, many construction projects improving many of the surrounding homes in area.

Cute, Clean & Close to the Beach!

I've stayed in SEVERAL properties.....like too many to count. Erin, the owner hands down was the BEST at communication. She was super quick, very patient and in general was what a host should be and more. When an owner of a another property we reserved THREE MONTHS ago cancelled the day of the trip I had to find something quick! I was in a panic! I found this property and contacted Erin hoping that she could accommodate my daughter and I at the last minute. Erin immediately responded, within minutes she sent a payment link and we booked within an hour. For a same day arrival! The apartment was super clean and had the essentials we needed for the weekend. The towels were fresh and soft and we have plenty to use for our stay. The washer/dryer worked and the unit included comfortable seating (couch/loveseat). The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, soft blankets and ceiling fans in every room to keep us cool. It was two blocks and a very easy walk from the beach, the check in process was a breeze, we had a parking spot and it was super close to the main road so restaurants, gas stations and stores were super easy to find. The kitchen was spotless and included everything needed for the weekend. My daughter and I drove by the original VBRO (owned by someone else) and we were so happy that the owner cancelled at the last minute - Erin's property was sooooo much better and a way better location. What a happy accident to find this place! We will definitely stay here again and refer family/friends. This little gem is perfect for a quick getaway. Thank you Erin!

Perfectly quaint

I loved staying here. Location was good, property was clean and nicely appointed. We had zero problems with anything and would definitely rent again. Very quiet, but it is probably a lot noisier during peak season. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great spot near the beach

We stayed here for 8 days and had a great time. It is not a fancy place and the stairs can be a pain when moving in and out, but it was solid, clean, a block from the beach, with safe off street parking. Erin was a great host, was super prompt with her replies and was flexible with check in/check out. The kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would recommend it.

Perfect for us

We flew from CT to FL for a wedding. This property was within a mile of the venue that was on the beach. The property was 2 blocks from the beach. A very easy walk. One bathroom for 4 adults was manageable, but if you’re having more people, that might be a drawback. The parking is tight, but we didn’t need to drive much being so close to the beach. It was also convenient to stores and restaurants.

Simple & Steps to the Beach

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for - pet friendly, affordable and a 2 minute walk from the back door to the beach - doesn’t get much better than that! We appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dog to sniff around and chase lizards while we had our morning coffee. The kitchen and pantry had all the basics we would need, and the property was a close drive to multiple grocery stores. The only area that could be better were the mattresses, but then again, nothing beats the feeling of your own bed. We were sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location in Jax Beach

This condo was so close to the beach (about a 5 min walk) and to everything in Jax Beach! Each of the 3 adults in our group had their own space plus there's a nice fully-equipped kitchen and really large living room and dining area. It was perfect for our trip!

Quick family beach getaway

Cute, cozy place about 1.5 blocks from beach. Well stocked, good a/c and tv's. Only negative for us was very tight parking space.

Charming & Quirky

Great experience. Owners very helpful w/ any questions. Came oved twice - once to help us w/ tv and the second to change a lightbulb. Kitchen is small but very functional. Shower is huge w/ 2 showerheads. Bed was comfy. AC worked well. Short walk to beach. Felt very safe in neighborhood. Easy access to beach. Great location close to Mayo. Great value.

Great location for the beach!

This upstairs apartment has a beach cottage feel - just right for a trip to the beach two short blocks away. All the basic amenities, nice kitchen, two bedrooms with comfy beds, and a futon which was great for the kids. Owners were very responsive and nice. Note that the living room is right over the downstairs bedroom, so it's definitely best to be quieter at night or in early mornings - something we found out on our second day (sorry!)
