You and 31 of your closest friends and family will enjoy a memorable vacation at Big Bear Lodge located on the edge of the Arts and Crafts Community. Just 20 Minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge you are just a short ride away from all the attractions. That is if you get bored of playing pool, Foosball and air hockey while gathering with your friends and family.

Relax on one of the many decks and enjoy a dip in the hot tub.

You enter on the middle level of this cabin.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Big Bear Lodge Stay November 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was very roomy and clean. The office and maintenance very helpful. The cabin is listed to house 30 plus people but there is very little comfortable seating on any of the levels for more than 3 or 4 people at one time. We took a family of 14 and we not able to be together except at the table while eating. The cabin beside played VERY LOUD music starting early morning until very late at night. This made our stay not very peaceful, but also was not the responsibility of our cabin company or owners. Overall, I would recommend this cabin and use it again.

Great Vacation

Ladies Mountain Retreat

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin had something to offer each of us to do while staying here, which was a plus. The view from the 3rd level is AMAZING! Everyone loved this cabin.

A freezing Christmas stay

Beautiful, ,love all the wood , and the layout..Not enough seating.The wall hanging, and decorations are dated and faded and need to be replaced.No emergency heat , and the cabin stayed cold.

Some update need

Would have had plenty of room for the 32. The cabin was great looking. Had plenty of room on the inside. Had plenty of stuff for the kids to play around with. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. We just very much like to thank the ones that are in charge of this because they made our stay great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a nice cabin for our large family. The drive to get up to the cabin isn’t horrible, but probably isn’t for the faint of heart. It was off the beaten path, but pretty central to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. It takes about a half hour to get anywhere, just because of how slow you have to drive on some of the roads. The only thing I could really complain about is that the mattresses are rock hard. That’s a big deterrent for my family and I, and we likely won’t stay at big bear lodge again, because of this.

Great cabin for large group gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group and needed to divide sleeping arrangements, but wanted comfortable beds. This cabin is clean and has comfortable beds with many entertainment options. The hot tub didn't work when we arrived, but was fixed extremely quickly when we called in the problem and it was enjoyed for the rest of our stay. The kitchen could use a few more cooking pans/pots for larger quantities, but we were able to make do. It's not luxurious, but is comfortable, clean and cosy with lots of wood and nature accents. Enjoyable stay!

Great experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took an adults trip recently and had so much fun!! This cabin is beautiful and really utilizes all the space by keeping the bedrooms tucked back and easy access to bathrooms with plenty of living space!! It’s a super close and easy drive to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I will definitely be using this company again with the great customer service I received! The original dates got cancelled due to COVID-19 and they were super easy and fast and giving me a voucher and helping me rebook the place for a different time!!! The customer service even sent me numerous other cabins to accommodate our large group of this one wasn’t available that weekend. :)

Stay at Big Bear Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During our stay, we experienced some difficulties with the heating and water. After two technicians came out, we were told that one of the units were frozen and this is why we did not have hot water or heat. We were in the cabin for about 16hrs with little to no heat or hot water. On Friday, around 10am it was fixed. However, Friday night around 12am, the cabin dropped back down to below 60 when it was below 40 outside. Due to the inconsistency of the temperature, my youngest child is now sick. Otherwise from the heating and hot water issue, we enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean, in a central location, and the staff was eager and willing to help us during our stay.

Overall a good stay, but some issues.

Reviewer Comments: This cabin is in a wonderful location, has a great view and is very pretty itself.The management company makes things easy and are very responsive to the customer before and during the stay.However, the cabin has some short comings.While it is listed as sleeping 32, while it is true you could sleep 32, the amenities of the cabin would not support it. The hot water heater was too small for my group of 12, so much that we thought the heater might had broken. Maintenance came out promptly to have a look, and let us know it was working but was nowhere near large enough and would get a note in to the owners to upgrade it (good luck future groups!).The other issue we had was a lack of seating on floors 2 and 3. It would be good to add in a few extra chairs.

Almost great

Reviewer Comments: We arrived at check-in time to be told we had to wait an hour to get in; after we got inside found the hot tub was not working and wouldn't be fixed. The power went out and we had no light, water, AC etc. Went to find a store to get flashlights and water bottles, and the road was blocked. Tried to call a number of times to the "24/7 monitored" maintenance line as well chatted with the website and got no response til hours after the power came back the following day. Quite the nightmare, with 21 people! Otherwise the place was comfortable enough.

Family Reunion 2014

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful cabin, very secluded with a great view, away from all the hustle bustle of Pigeon Ford. We had 14 people, the accommodations were perfect, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all, 2 game rooms, wrap around porches on each of the 3 floors, and a huge kitchen table gave everyone the space they needed. Cabin was in very good shape, Kitchen was fully furnished and there was plenty of space to move around, TV setup was a bit flaky and cut out regularly but, the view solved that.( we didn't watch much TV)I checked out the community pool (shared by a few cabins), it was very clean an warm, great for kids but a hike to get to if walking.As for the management company, I give them 10 stars, they were completely accommodating and attentive. They checked up on us the first day to ensure we got checked in and situated. I would recommend renting any property from them. Nice Work!Lou Gagliardi and the rest of the Gagliardi clan.

Mostly great stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location were great, but there were issues with the beds in each of the 6 rooms we used. New mattresses are needed in all of them. The cabin was also lacking in furniture. The movie room included one couch and that is it. We pulled in some rockers, but there were not enough rockers on even one of the three porches for all of us. With so many rooms, you would think there would be comfortable seating for the large group of 12 to gather somewhere. The top floor was the most homey and had an extra kitchen, which was nice. The jacuzzi had to be fixed and the water wasn't very hot at first, but the company was very good about quickly coming out and fixing both things and it worked well after that.
