The beach at the Capri is carefully managed to be quiet and uncrowded. It's the most peaceful and relaxing stretch of beach in Destin. You're stay includes a beach set up and two dedicated parking spaces right in front of your condo.

You can't get closer to the beach than this unit. Walk from the condo to the sand in about 20 seconds. Get away from the crowds and the noise in Destin with this stay.

Great vacation

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean. Great location with private beach and complimentary umbrella and beach chairs. Very quiet and prefect for small families. Would definitely recommend staying herei and will definitely be coming back!!!

Capri 122 Get Away

It’s the perfect size for a couple and has all we needed for morning coffee , short walks on the beach and watching gorgeous sunsets! It’s close to lots of good eating places and the beach being so close and with private entry is the best!! We’ve had a great time each stay!

Great value but it's getting run down

The people there are always great and the other guests have always been super nice. The one complaint I have is they are not keeping the property updated. Each time we have gone it has gotten a little more run down. Still a great place to stay.

Easy ON BEACH access

This old school property is small not crowded and just a hidden gem directly on the beach. There’s stairs to climb to/from beach but it’s not bad. The condo has been renovated with a few tweaks needing to be tended to but overall a perfect place for a couple. It might be ok for a couple with 1or 2 small children but I would say it’s too small for more than 2 adults. The bathroom is tiny with a small toilet & shower and really all you need when spending most of the time on the beach. The beach chair service is from 9-5 so if you enjoy staying til sunset you’d want to bring your own chairs. The office and maintenance crew are super friendly and Chad goes above and beyond to make sure you’re attended to. We will definitely be back!

We Love 122

There were 3 roaches in the bathroom ( at different times) but the condo was very clean ( that’s why I have 4 stars). We do LOVE this condo and will stay there again! [ The tv change and 3 roaches are why I gave 4 stars on 2 questions]

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this Unit from Sept 21st to Sept 28th and it was perfect with the exception of the Bed. Unfortunately that was the only drawback from this unit. The Unit appeared to be fully updated with the exception of the bed. The bed was extremely hard and dipped in the middle. My husband and both had an extremely difficult time sleeping. A new bed would be the only thing that would make this unit PERFECT. The view was amazing, a very short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay again (with a new bed).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I appreciated the safety of the locked gate and the small community sense it provided. The location was perfect, as it was extremely easy access to the beautiful beach. The condo itself was quaint and comfortable. However, it was extremely outdated. I am fairly confident that the stove and dishwasher are older than myself. However, the dishwasher worked like a beast. The stove, not so much. Despite that, it was very clean. I wish there were better accommodations for the guests such as a full stays supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We were only supplied with two wash clothes for a five nights stay with three people. I did laundry, so I just washed them. I'm sure I could have requested more from the office, but didn't bother. I liked the convenience of the small laundromat on sight as well.

Beautiful beach

Walk out your door right onto beautiful beach the room was clean and updated ! Only draw back is terrible small Broken bed , other than that just adorable! !
