The perfect getaway

Everything was perfect! Condo was very clean and looked like it had been updated recently. The location cannot be beat and we loved how quiet the condos were! And the beach chair service was an added bonus! We will definitely be back and stay longer next time! Our only regret was that our stay was too short!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in unit 105 which was beautifully remodeled and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable and I loved being just steps from the beach. I also loved sitting out on the deck and I made some new friends out there whom I had a great time with. The faucet on the bathroom sink is hooked up backwards....hot is to the right and cold left. Not a big deal once I figured it out. I will be back. The staff was great when I needed them and Capri may not look like much from the beach but it is a gem!

Beach lovers dream

It was the perfect location for beach lovers. Fairly quiet compared to the condos around the building. Great short walk to the beach with chair and umbrella service. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Home away from Home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been blessed to travel to Destin every year since 1987. Quite a few years ago, we found the Capri and we haven't considered staying anywhere else since. This year we rented three units together so our Children and Grandchildren could be right next to us. We have never been disappointed with the Capri for any reason. We kind of hope the word doesn't get out about this well-kept secret of a Home away from Home. We want to make sure our Unit we rent every year is available. We are already planning our next trip.

Great view but condo needs improvements.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view from deck was wonderful. When the toilet would not flush, the staff kept us informed via e-mail of the progress. There were problems with the plumbing for 3 days in a row. But I think the problem was fixed by the time we left. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, some improvements need to be made. The kitchen was too small with very little counter space. The old model microwave was huge and took up a lot of space. Also, the air conditioning unit is apparently too small for the condo. Although the bedroom was comfortable, it was always warm in the living room/kitchen area. The living room furniture needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.

Disappointed Vacationers

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in 106 for 4 night while waiting for 108 for the rest of our vacation which was absolutely dissatisfied, had we not brought our own patio chairs we would’ve had nothing to sit on the deck and that was th least of the problems. Nothing has been done for many years, as was told to harmony beach vacations, All was written in our review of 108 which we sent at the end of April, high monthly rental would be justified if unit was totally redone.Still waiting for reply from harmony beach. Extremely disappointed!!!

Honeymoon Stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Capri several times. First time in 105. Probably least favorite condo. We don't cook much but it was difficult to cook even eggs with the kitchen tools available. Coffee maker old and cheap. Things in the condo definitely need updated. Also, for the overall condos, we noticed the beach workers were letting people use the private area. We would watch them get in their cars and leave at the end of the day and definitely not staying at Capri. We will probably come back and stay at a Capri condo but choose one besides 105.
