Annual Pre-Christmas Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we loved our stay at The Capri! It’s in a such a great spot, gated and just a few steps from a beautiful beach! We did try a different room this year and loved the king size bed! The condo was very modern and up to date. The shower was wonderful! I got very sick this year, the night we arrived and ended up going to American Care in Niceville( highest ratings) and received great care. Camille’s right down the road is our absolute favorite and we were able to make it there for dinner and it was fabulous! Would highly recommend The Capri during December ! It’s quaint, quiet and perfect !

Our family vacation

Wonderful location. Furniture needs update inside unit and outdoor furniture needs to be discarded due to mold. Very quiet place. Loved beach access.

Re: excellent location and value

No waiting on an elevator or lugging groceries upstairs. Loved parking right by the door and the ease of running from the beach to our place. White sand, emerald water, all the restaurants and shopping within a few miles, and gated for privacy. Beach chairs, towels, good water pressure, comfortable bed, and a reasonable price. We would recommend this property!

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Capri 121 was wonderful! The easy access to the beach made our stay very enjoyable. Traveling with a child it was great to have daily beach service provided and have the flexibility to return to our unit for a break or to eat and then be able to return to the beach whenever we wanted to our same spot. We were able to leave our towels and beach toys at the beach so we didn't have to carry them back and forth all day. The outside showers were great for rinsing off and the gate made me feel safe. The area was quiet. We had groceries delivered and the unit had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week. The shower was GREAT! The only thing I found myself needing several times during the week was a pair of scissors. One suggestion I have is to upgrade the bed. The mattress, pillows and sheets were pretty worn. Otherwise everything was absolutely wonderful! Communication was good! We are looking forward to a future trip at the Capri!

Visit to Capri

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the wonderful beach and the access to the umbrellas and chairs every day. The managers were good to keep these available only to the people staying at the Capri! In past years, we had some unpleasant experiences with the chairs being used by people not staying at the Capri.The room was ok. Nothing special ok. The tv was a bit complicated to easily get the channels wanted, but we got by. A couple of lamps were broken, but we made them work. The main gate on our side was left open for most of our stay! This was a little disturbing in that being gated is one reasons we have chosen to stay at the Capri over the years. The people working in the office were very nice and helpful at all times.

Will stay again!

We really enjoyed this property, it was in a very populated area but very private and quaint. Relaxing and just a few shorts steps to the beach, plus the unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful area!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was cute and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook meals in the room. The grocery store was not far away, but not within walking distance. The bedroom smelled a little musty when we arrived, but it got better once we turned on the a/c. The bed and the couch were not comfortable for us at all as they seemed worn out. The property is probably 150 steps from the water and there are chairs and umbrellas set up every morning for use in a cordoned off area for this property, but you can still walk the beach freely. We visited 9/30 - 10/4 and the water was still pretty warm. We had 2 great days, the 3rd day was cloudy and windy and there were storms the day we left, but still a good time of year to visit the area. There were a lot of people on the beach, but I didn't consider it crowded and I am not a crowd person.

First night, the toilet chain broke. The couch needs and update along with the rug. The only good thing We like was the bathroom Shower. The microwave needs replaced! It was like being in a cave. Never again.

The beach was the only good thing about this property

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we got there it was messed up. We were put in the wrong room, a burner on our stove was broke, no internet the whole time and our toilet broke. We had to fill it up with water to flush. We had to stay there with the cable man and had to cancel our dinner reservations. Everything became our problem on vacation. One problem after another. The beach wasn't busy so that is the only positive here.
