Feb visit
We stayed at the property through the month of February 2024. The weather was on the cool side - 60ish. The condo was comfortable with two of us. The kitchen was on the small side and short on some of the basic tools. (For example, there was a toaster oven taking a lot of space but no toaster, no tongs, dull knives, and that sort of thing) The unit was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. The master bedroom did not have windows so was dark. We enjoy fresh air and none of the windows could be opened.
It is very quiet and peaceful which was enjoyable after a day out on a busy island. There is not a screened area outside and the no-see-um bugs could be annoying when sitting on the deck in the evening. Overall the unit is older but adequate.
We hoped to golf quite a bit but the two public courses on the island have green fees of $140-150 so that slowed us down. If you drive off the island you can find less expensive golf.
Barry is great to work with. He responds quickly and tries to help with any requests.
