This two bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Kitchen has gotten an updated look with new backsplash and guest bath now has a beautiful walk in shower! We now have a mini-split A/C system as well! (Single blower located in living room/master bedroom area. No separate blower in guest room, so not as cooled back there)
Located on the fourth floor and north-end of a four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

Immaculately clean and fully stocked unit, other than beach chairs/umbrella. Rent them down the street. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

It is such a pleasure walking into a property and being immediately impressed by how nice it is, and this one did just that. The setting on the 4th floor made for a perfect view of the ocean, as well as perfect access to the ocean breezes, and it made an immediate impression upon entering. The lanai was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The interior was very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was generously equipped with pots, pans, and just about any utensil you could want and there were enough staples available to anyone wanting to cook. And the primary bed was so incredibly comfortable, and something we looked forward to after each day of excursions on the island. It honestly struck us as though we were staying in someone's home.And finally, Holly, the property contact person, was super responsive to each of our inquiries. She was helpful and communicative. I can't really think of any improvement to suggest -- it was exactly what we were looking for in all respects. Thank you Holly!

Awesome location, great views

Very comfortable property with everything we needed. Property was as described. We enjoyed the coffee treats! Our family enjoyed exploring the tide pools in front of the complex at low tide as well as sunset views from the balcony. Easy walk to Magic Sands Beach. Appreciated the parking under the complex. Area felt very safe. Lots of people waking, jogging, and biking along the road.

Delayed honeymoon trip

We had to delay our honeymoon due to Covid and so this is our honeymoon - retirement trip. Loved the deck and listening to the waves crashing. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Wish we were a little closer to town or food, but easy access to town and main road. Love the condo.

Perfect

Holly was amazing to work with. She quickly reponded to every question we had along the way. The condo was beautiful. It truly was the most stocked VRBO we've stayed at. The location was far enough out of town for peace and quiet. Loved seeeing the dolphins swim by while sitting on the lanai.

Great ocean views

Location location location. Best ocean views from the lanai. MB comfortable king bed with sounds of the ocean. Second bedroom stuffy and very small and noisy to outside. Well kept kitchen with everything you need. Very responsive owner.

Spacious, well-stocked, excellent view of the water, this unit was 1st class, comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay. Turtles and whale sightings from our lanai. Would love to return and stay longer!

Would stay here over and over!!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and VERY well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Holly was a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions and thoughtful in providing local recommendations. The location was perfect, offering the sound of the ocean waves (not other guests). We watched dolphin & whales and the best sunsets from the balcony. The location to downtown Kona was a short 5-10 minute Drive. And we walked to the market across the street & for Fish tacos 1/4 block away. We truly appreciated the attention to detail, the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the snacks & coffee that made us feel at home. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kona!

Sweet Spot

Enjoyed the water view, and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks. We spent most mornings with a cup of tea on the lanai watching the sky lighten and the day begin. Check in and out was just so very easy. Nice choice of spices and coffee available. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the very, very slow traffic going north into town or trying to get to the north part of the island. It was incredibly slow. Unfortunately, we had several things planed in town and to the north. However, if you are going to hang around the condo or explore to the south I recommend this condo. It is a sweet spot.

The View!

The best part of our stay was the amazing view from the lanai. We spent hours there. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed. Holly was wonderful to work with and we really enjoyed our welcome treats. It was all about the view. Exactly what we came for.

Awaiting stay

Our family had an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed the accommodations and location. You can't beat sitting on the lanai watching the sunset. Condo was stocked with coffee and locally made soaps. It also has several beach items available. Communication with Holly was easy and greatly appreciated. Absolutely love this property!!!

Beautiful updated condo!

This is a beautiful condo with many stylish updates. There is even air conditioning which we didn’t even have to use since we had a wonderful breeze during our stay. This condo has one of the best stocked kitchens of any place we’ve rented. It has most any kitchen gadget, pan or spice you could ever need. The unit is very clean and the main bedroom we used and the living room are comfortable and relaxing and both have fantastic views to the lanai and ocean. This is our second stay in this condo and it won’t be the last. Holly made the checkin process very easy for us and we really appreciate her helpfulness.

Great Kona Property

Super easy check in and check out. Great communication from Holly. Our daughter loved the tide pools and small beach. Great to have everything you needed already in the Condo. Very comfortable place to stay for a vacation.

Great condo and location

This condo is very well furnished and has an absolutely beautiful sunset view! The beds and pillows were fairly comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well supplied to help with cooking. There was plenty of laundry products to help with your laundry. The showers were nice with two showerheads and the supply of towels, normal and pool/beach were plenty. It as very clean and spacious. The second bedroom does not have air conditioning but there were plenty of fans to help with cooling the room. The location is centrally located making it easy to get to nearby attractions. There is plenty of garage parking and believe me, you will appreciate it when you see all the cars lined up on Ali’i road for other rentals. There is a nice shopping center nearby but you have to pay for parking and it is extremely expensive. Lesson learned! We ate at the Magic Grill down the road and had delicious food. One downside to this place is there is only one elevator for the entire complex. This unit requires a long walk from it, but that being said, we never waited a long time any time for it! I wish there would have been better lighting in the condo, but pretty much that’s it. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect place to relax and watch the sea turtle and yellow tang fish! Balcony is spacious and relaxing!

Our trip was perfect!

The property was everything we dreamed of for our "chick trip". We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai overlooking the ocean waves and tide pools. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. and of high quality. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the beach gear. Holly was incredibly responsive when we had questions or issues. On a return to Kona I will definitely request this unit!

EXCELLENT STAY

Always a pleasure to stay at one of Holly's properties at the ocean front Bali Kai. We love being there so much. All kinds of little things that make the stay special: towels, beach equipment, snorkel, beach umbrella, basics for kitchen clean up -- and well stocked kitchen -- even a rice cooker!
