This condo was gorgeous and had all the amenities of home. There were spectacular views of the ocean, surfers, and sunset. We all loved it! Holly was very responsive and the condo was very clean.

This was a beautiful condo. Exactly as pictured and described. Had everything you would need for a beach vacation. We loved the lanai and watching the sunsets and surfers.

Wonderfully stocked, comfortable property with neutral decor and wanting for nothing: great views, fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo and conditioners. We loved the lanai for the mornings and evenings and the pool and waterfront by day. Close to downtown Kona and nearby beaches. A perfect base for your Hawaiian adventures in or near Kailua/Kona!

The condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The AC worked great, but we didn't use the second bedroom, so I cannot vouch for that AC. It was just as beautiful as the pictures! The location was excellent and it was fun to watch the surfers from the beautiful lanai. The pool was more enjoyable than we expected (based on the pictures). We enjoyed a refreshing swim each day after our island excursions. The pool temp was perfect, very refreshing, and not crowded. The condo was well stocked with towels, paper products, shampoo, etc. The only thing lacking was quality bed pillows, but we anticipated this and packed our own. I will be bookmarking this condo for future stays. It was wonderful!

The condo is wonderful. The Kona Bali Kai property could use a little love. Clear, informative communication with the hostess. Fully stocked condo, comfy, easy to use appliances. Nice location, close to Old Town and snorkeling beaches, in addition to the tide pools on the property. Having the brita water filter carafe was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful stay at this condo right on the water. Views from the lanai were delightful- waves, surfers, fish in the reef. We relaxed in the comfy chairs and ate all our meals at the outdoor table. Very clean condo, lots of supplies provided for the house and beach. Convenient to town and nearby beaches. Highly recommend!

The view from this condo is amazing. We could see surfers, whales, turtles and birds. The kitchen is as well stocked as home. We enjoyed our stay.

When I book condos, I look for 3 things: 1. Does it sleep and seat the amount of people stated, 2. How well stocked is the condo, 3. Does it have parking. This condo clearly meets the seating and sleeping requirement as well as the parking for us but the stocking of supplies is over the top! There were an abundance of towels, spices, shampoos, laundry detergent, blow dryers, plastic wrap, coffee, sheets, pillows and trash bags. We were there for R&R and cooked almost every night without buying extra supplies. And of course the view was spectacular!

Beautiful condo right on the water!!! We loved every second of our stay and would definitely stay there again! Nicely put together condo with a wonderful lanai, and all the amenities needed for a great vacation.
