Our oceanfront family home is ready and waiting for you.. We have everything you could possibly need, lots of beds, lots of rooms and lots of space! Bring your families and loved ones and make some precious memories in this amazing, oceanfront summer home.

Our family home is warm, welcoming, and spacious so gather the family pick your dates and come play.

Please Note: All of our bedrooms are located on the second floor of our home along with two full bathroom.
On the ground level there is a half bathroom, dining area, living room, kitchen, large pantry, and two car garage.

Household Items Provided: We have provided the home with the amenities’ we think are essential to our guest. A fully stocked home and kitchen. We provide fresh linens, towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, cookware, kitchen essentials, coffee filters, drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a PAN IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM ABOVE THE WASHER with items to be used when barbecuing.

Outdoor Items Provided: A Briquette Barbecue, a Fire Ring, a large bucket of sand toys, a large picnic table, patio chairs and a large folding table (DO NOT TAKE TABLE INTO THE SAND) with 8 folding chairs, (DO NOT TAKE THESE CHAIRS INTO THE SAND) Also provided are 10 Green Folding Beach Chairs w/sleeve that a for the sand. These items are provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

PERSONAL ITEMS YOU SHOULD BRING: SUNSCREEN, A JACKET/SWEATSHIRT, BEACH TOWELS, EXTRA BLANKETS FOR OUTDOOR USE, ONE SET OF QUEEN BEDDING FOR FUTON USE. BRIQUETTES, FIREWOOD, SHAMPOO, BEACH TOWELS.

PARKING: Garage Parking and Driveway Parking. Four cars total are allowed at this home. Absolutely No Camper Travel Trailers, No Rv's, No Motor Homes, and NO CAR CHARGING ALLOWED.

This house was perfect for several adults and our kids, lots of different sleeping options and great gathering spot off the kitchen. Access to beach can’t be beat, and the deck and sandy space for fire ring was perfect for hanging out in the evening. We loved this house!

You have made a very dishonest statement. FACT: You violated the Contract that you agreed to and signed. FACT: Our home has a new hot water heater installed less than 1 year ago, and works beautifully. Absolutely perfect hot water throughout our home. FACT: Fully stocked home with all the amenities one could possibly need. You chose to disrespect our home, our furnishings, and leave our home absolutely filthy. You simply don't like being held accountable for your bad behavior so you make up lies and state slanderous remarks that can carry even greater consequences.

The property is great with an amazing location right on the beach. The communication and response with the owners was clear and immediate. They provided more than enough household and outdoor items for us to use during our stay. There's nothing more you can ask for. Our family had an unforgettable experience. We truly appreciate allowing us to enjoy the property for a short period of time.We hope to visit again soon.Thank you.

Viral, All I can say to your ridiculous comment is that we were wrong in trusting you! The immature, irresponsible and carelessness that was displayed with our property and furnishings was truly unacceptable.

Perfect Large Family Getaway

Stayed at this house from Saturday to Monday and really didn't want to leave. We had a very large group get together for my birthday last minute and Tammy did an amazing job getting the home ready last minute. It was clean and comfy. We ended up having a grand total of in the house on Saturday night and there was still plenty of room never felt crowded one bit. The room upstairs had the most amazing view of the ocean and at night we slept with all the giant windows open listening to the ocean. Perfect home for kids, beach front location couldn't have fit us better. We had to drag the kids in at night. It left plenty of time for the adults to socialize and just relax while the kiddos ran around. Cant wait to go back! Thanks again Tammy for attending to our large group!

Perfect home for big group

My family and I can't be happier, we absolutely loved this house, the kids would play out in the sand all day long, this was the perfect house for our perfect vacation.

Amazing Beachfront Location on Oceano Dunes Beach

Our group of 18 stayed four nights at this vacation rental home. This is our group’s second stay for Thanksgiving weekend. It was great for all of us - adults, teens, and small children. The house has everything needed for your stay. There is a pantry right off of the kitchen that was extremely helpful. The home has two fridges (one in the kitchen and one in the pantry).The furniture and Wifi needs to be updated. The bathroom’s locks need to be fixed (Only the hallway one works). This is our first time that all of the towels and dishes needed to be washed and dried for check-out. Usually, loading all of the dishes into the dishwasher and starting it is fine. However, we usually never need to wash all of the towels. It took us a few hours during the morning of check out. Tammy, the owner, was very nice and even let us check in early. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

Amazing Beachfront Location with Awesome Views

Can’t beat this house’s location on Oceano Dunes Beach. The sand right outside of the deck is so soft and feels so great on your feet! We had awesome family time playing games on the beach, flying kites, searching for sand dollars and jumping waves!!! The house is a little dated but charming and has everything needed for your stay. It would be a nice upgrade if the house had wifi extenders throughout and upstairs as the signal is really only available in a small area downstairs by the TV and fire place. Also, the master bathroom could use more towel hooks. Please note that the beach allows cars so if you have little ones, it can be a very scary and nerve racking. It’s a totally bummer the kids can’t really run around without parents having to worry about the steady steam of cars driving on the beach. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time! Our group of 4 families (16 people consisting of 9 adults, 6 children between the ages of 7-17 and an infant). The house was large enough to accommodate our group without feeling cramped and the location was perfect! The sand dunes were closed over the weekend so we had unobstructed views of the beach right from the back patio! There is an oversized pantry right off of the garage/kitchen with a laundry unit that was extremely helpful. Home has two fridges (one in the kitchen and one in the pantry). House was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway. The check in/check out process was quick and easy. The owner, Tammy, was extremely sweet, helpful and responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. My ownly negative feedback would be that the banister railing needs a good scrub down. Upon arrival, we did our own sanitation of touchpoints and countertops (you can never be too clean). It took a few wipes to get the grime and off the rail but other than that, no other complaints. We would definitely book this property again!

Pandemic getaway

We had a great time being so close to the beach. The view was perfect for those who ventured down or those that remained at the house. We were able to use the kitchen and never had to venture out for food and that’s with us at max capacity. We had trouble with the WiFi, but it was eventually resolved. The home needs some TLC, but the location makes up for everything. We would definitely rent again.

Great Stay!

My extended family stayed at this property over the 4th of July weekend and it was perfect. The house is very spacious and plenty of beds. The property was right on the beach and since the beach was closed to vehicles, the beach was not crowded at all. We got to do fireworks on the beach. Tammy, the owner was very nice and even let us check in early. Hopefully we can come again next year.
