My family loved this place,there was plenty of space.The pool was very nice.There are TVs in every room and near the pool.There was also an outdoor shower to use before entering the pool,along with a hot tub.The neighborhood was quiet.It was a very relaxing vacation.It was also nice to have a garage to park our car.

Everything was great! All the kitchen equipment that you would possibly need. Pool was nice! Beautiful scenery, and a lot of monarch butterflies! Beds were comfortable. Just a few minutes to the ocean & other entertainments.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful vacation home in Bonita Springs, Florida. Our family was visiting for a baseball tournament and it is not always easy to find a place that offers something for everyone during the down time. The property was immaculate, thoughtfully maintained, and equipped with every amenity needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.The host was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless from booking through check-out.The beautifully landscaped grounds covered with beautiful plants and fruit trees created a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and truly made the property feel like a private oasis. Every detail reflected the care and pride that has gone into this home.We highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a clean, well-appointed, and tranquil place to stay in Bonita Springs. We were thrilled the moment we stepped in the door! Beautifully clean and spacious home.We loved the covered back patio and lanai area. The pool was great and the outdoor shower was awesome! I have informed my husband that we will be installing one at home! April was super easy to work with and even found a pack and play for us to use while we were there. The location to the beach was fantastic. Takes like 2 minutes to get to the parking lot at Bonita beach. We will definitely be staying there in the future if they will have us!

Very nice house and on a quiet street. Close to all the beaches. Pool and hot tub were great. Tge yard was beautifully landscaped. Check in was extremely easy. Large tvs all with smart tv capabilities and nice beds in all bedrooms.

Excellent place

We loved our stay - the house is super cozy and has everything to offer. Big pool, hot tub, plenty of outside sitting area, gas grill. The beach is less than 10 min away.It was perfect! :)

Perfect location

This property was perfect for our group of 4! Awesome location and didn't even need to leave to house except for food and the beach! Owners were quick and responsive with anything we needed, look forward to staying again sometime!

We were there from June 28th to July 5th. The house has everything you need and more for a perfect vacation. April and her husband are always ready and friendly. Everything is close to that wonderful house that I recommend and would visit again without a doubt.

Home away from home

An Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this rental. April and Looey were great to work with and helped with any questions we had in a timely manner. The house was clean, a perfect location (5 minutes to the beach), and the heated pool was fantastic! We come down to Bonita Springs every year and this was by far the best experience we've had. Can't wait to book this rental again for next year!!!

Great location!

The home had everything we needed for our stay! The beds are very comfortable and we loved the pool and hot tub. Owners were super responsive. Loved the location, just a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and mini golf!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The home had a beautiful private yard with a wonderful pool our entire family enjoyed. The location of the home was perfect with only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Also very close to stores and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we could ask for. The home owners had great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice needed vacation

It was a great place to vacation very clean. Had everything we needed. It was around all the areas we needed to go nice and quiet neighborhood and peaceful close to the beach and sightsee. Definitely recommend if I’m in this area again. I will drop him a line to stay there again, thank you

Best vacation ever!

This was the best experience for my daughter's and I. First time using VRBO, and April made it worry-free. Great communication, beautiful house, and great location to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property!! April was great to work with.

Great Stay

Property was exactly what we needed. Very relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. Very close to great beaches. Family truly enjoyed the vacation.

Winter escape

We really enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. We spent most of our time outside relaxing by the pool area. The owners and communcation was good and we would definitely would come back again.

Bonita Springs

We enjoyed our stay. The house and host were perfect! We even got to eat a mango from their mango tree in the back yard. The pool is warm and a delight! Our stay was comfy and relaxing, as was the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Our Bonita Springs bungalow is a perfect launchpad for your Florida vacation adventure. We love being the host of a property that is so close to so many cool and fun attractions. Everyone from kids to seniors will benefit from our location close to the Gulf Coast beaches, mini golf, golf, museums, outdoor Pickleball courts, nature sanctuaries, botanical gardens, Lovers Key State Park and Riverside Park in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs.

We're proud that our Bonita Springs vacation rental is a destination in itself. If you don't want to leave the property, you can spend your days swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the therapeutic hot tub, exploring our tropical gardens, and sacking out in the lanai to watch your favourite movie or TV show - a real hit with the kids!

Can you identify the fruit trees and native Florida vegetation on our property? We grow pollinating plants that are host to Monarch butterflies and Swallowtail butterflies. For those lucky enough to visit when our mangoes and passion fruit are ripe, enjoy the fruits of our labour!

Our Bonita Springs vacation rental is located in a beautiful, safe, family-friendly neighborhood called Bonita Shores. We are close to all amenities - groceries at Publix on Bonita Beach Road; Skillets Restaurant for breakfast and lunch in the Sunshine Plaza on Bonita Beach Road; Muji Thai, a great sushi restaurant around the corner from us on Bonita Beach Road; Bonita Beach Road Post Office; Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream Shoppe on Bonita Beach Road around the corner from us; Bonita Beach Medical Group clinic on Bonita Beach Road around the corner from us; Iguana Mia for the best guacamole and chips at the corner of Bonita Beach Road and Tamiami Trail; Super Tuesdays and Senior Wednesdays at the Prado Theatre on Tamiami Trail 10 minutes from us; Enzo's Pizza around the corner from us on Bonita Beach Road; Golf Safari Mini Golf around the corner from us on Bonita Beach Road; Sunoco Gas Station at the corner of Tamiami Trail and Bonita Beach Road; Panera Bread Sandwich and Coffee Shop on Tamiami Trail 8 minutes from us; art festivals, exhibitions, and performances at the Center for the Arts on Bonita Beach Road; the beaches and mangrove forests of Lovers Key State Park on Estero Parkway 10 minutes from us; plus live music, dancing, and tribute bands at The Stage on Bonita Beach Road. We often hear from our guests and neighbors that they love seeing the Monarch butterflies flying around our yards. We have carefully nurtured pollinating plants to attract butterfly species including the spectacular Monarch and Pipevine Swallowtail butterflies.

We have lovingly planted many tropical fruit species on our Bonita Springs property - including strawberry guava, loquats, katuks, bananas, mangos, custard apples, noni fruit, lemons, jackfruit, passion fruit, pineapple, and more.

Our tropical vegetation and lush gardens create an oasis for all living things including our guests; the songbirds of southwest Florida; the ibises, egrets, and herons that strut in our yard and our visiting bunny.

If you've never swam in the moonlight under the light of a silvery full moon, you're in for a treat. Slip into our heated pool (82 degrees Fahrenheit) for a midnight dip.

Our high-end, therapeutic spa Jacuzzi is just what the doctor ordered for sports injuries, arthritis, and soothing massage - a perfect way to end an evening under the stars! The Milky Way never looked so good!!
