Conveniently located on the bottom floor with garden / ocean views from the Lani, this unit is especially ideal for those who may have difficulty with stairs as there are no elevators for accessing the 2nd. & 3rd. floor units.

Being on the ground floor offers you easy access the pool, barbecues and the spectacular ocean front area, adding to everything one would expect to have an enjoyable holiday.

There is a queen size bed easily accommodating 2 people.

***PLEASE BE AWARE, THIS UNIT CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 2 PEOPLE AS THE LIVING ROOM SOFA IS NOT A HIDE-A-BED***

The bathroom has a true walk-in shower (no curb to step over) for easy accessibility. You will find the kitchen is fully equipped including quartz counter-tops which opens to the dining and living room all connecting to the walk out lanai. With a well stocked kitchen there is almost everything you will need including a washer and dryer adding to the convenience of your stay.
My Condo is equipped with air conditioning, plus 2 ceiling fans and 2 portable fans adding to make your stay comfortable anytime of the year. Also provided are free Wi-Fi and Digital Cable TV in the living room. As an added convenience there is a beach umbrella along with beach towels and beach chairs provided. Take in all the ocean & land activities offered by local tour companies, to truly make your stay on the Big Island memorable.

Kona Isle is an ocean front complex that has well-maintained beautiful grounds and all the conveniences of home, along with a live on site Property Manager. Enjoy the beautiful barbecue area and picnic tables where every evening people gather for friendly conversation or to watch the sunset and enjoy and ocean side dinner. The pool is solar heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. There is a sandy area adjacent to the ocean one can bask in the sunshine in lounge chairs or enjoy the shade and cooling ocean breezes while watching dolphins, whales and turtles. On the property there is also a library for your exclusive usage.

Adjacent to Kona Isle is a convenience store with deli, beer, wine, newspaper, etc. Downtown Kailua-Kona is less then 2 miles away (easily walkable) with many restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market where you can find many fresh local produce & vegetables. There is also a small market place within an easy 500' walk from Kona Isle which is open 6 days a week

Kona Isle Feels Like Home

This was the 3rd unit I've rented at Kona Isle in the past year. It was exactly as described and pictures were spot on. Unit was very clean and well maintained. The grounds are also wonderful. After spending my first 5 days in the Waikoloa area, I felt like I was "back home" at Kona Isle!

We enjoyed our time at Kona Isle. The condo was very clean and well organized. It was quite warm the 10 days we were there (we have been to Kona two previous times), and not being able to leave the air conditioner on at night (per the owner request I am assuming) made it very hard to sleep. It is a very centrally located condo.

Comfortable and Well Appointed Condo

Condo is located ocean side in a well kept complex. Condo is on the ground floor, updated and nicely appointed with everything we needed. Owner provided easy to follow directions and instructions for access. Owner is easy to contact and responds quickly. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the Big Island. Wonderful trip!

Good location, reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay at Kona Isle, very much. It is a great location, and the property is well managed and kept. The neighbors were courteous and quiet. It was what I expected. Not fancy, but very clean, and well stocked. The ocean is very close (the condos are ocean front, the unit is not), and we spent alot of time in the lounge chairs, watching the sunset, reading...we usually had it to ourselves. The way the condo designer originally set up the ocean side area is worth staying here, very relaxing and private. Sandy beaches are all about 30 minutes to 1 hour away, which for the Big Island is fairly close. Restaurants, shopping, all very close. There are alot of small pocket beaches along Alii , but we went to the bigger beaches. Captain Cook is only about 30 minutes(amazing snorkeling). If we ever make it to the Big Island again, we would definitely stay here...good value.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very well maintained, clean, and excellently stocked - nothing we needed was missing! Although equipped with A/C, we used the ceiling fans exclusively which kept us very comfortable. We also appreciated the assigned parking stall which removed any issues of fighting for a space! We loved the motion-sensor dim light in the washroom -- great for those trips during the night!! It took us 25-30 minutes to walk up Ali'i Drive to shops, restaurants, farmers marker, etc. which was very do-able and there is a convenience store within 5 minutes for any last minute items/snacks, etc. In fact, the Kona Trolley (line 201) stops at this convenience store which travels as far north as Target (Kona Commons) and as far south as the Keauhou Shopping Center with many stops along the way. We found ourselves walking one way and, if we were too tired, could hop on the trolley back to the condo! I would recommend getting the MOOVIT app on your phone which gives the approximate times of each stop -- we provided this info to several tourists who were most appreciative. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo for your stay on the Big Island!

Unit location is perfect. A 2 mile walk to town Yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. Condo was clean and well stocked. Owner was easy to work with and is very accommodating. Looking forward to staying again in the future

Aloha! What a great condo in the Kona area for a couple getaway.

Clean and efficient condo in an ideal location. Well equipped with beach equipment, cooler and other items. Updated kitchen appliances. Well maintained grounds and pool area and beachfront with 3 BBQs. We grilled MAHI MAHI two nights and it was delicious. Nice views of the sunset over the ocean. The owner, Mel, was very responsive to our emails and phone calls. Appreciated having an assigned parking spot too. Ground level condo was very quiet. Walk in shower and updated bathroom was nice. Very comfortable bed to come home to after a day at the beach or snorkeling with the dolphins, or visiting a family run Kona coffee farm. Overhead fans were quiet and effective during the day, although we did run the A/C at night. We like to cook our own meals so having a well equipped kitchen was a big plus for us. The washer and dryer were like new as we didn't need to pack as many clothes knowing that we could do the laundry after 3 or 4 days. We would definately like to return to this condo in the future. The big island has so much to explore. Lovely condo in a lovely place. Mahalo.

PERFECT place to stay in Kona!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week for our honeymoon and the place and location is just perfect! Great condo with everything we needed and the ocean is right up front! Nice condo, friendly people, beautiful beach

This is a nice condo. It's obvious that the owners are always looking for things to improve. When you sit on the patio, people come by and make you feel welcome. Also, don't miss the monthly dinners where everyone contributes. In addition, over by the bbq's just before dinner each night there is a lively conversation about any subject you want to talk about. Since half the group is from Canada, it's always interesting to get a different point of view. Did I mention the beach? The beach is terrific. We hardly ever go to the crowded public beach. Believe me, this whole place will spoil you, it did us for the last 8 years Thanks, Mel and Debbie

A lovely little unit! Close to town yet it felt quiet and secluded. Fresh and clean and well set up

I spent a lovely week in this little condo. I was pleasantly surprised how fresh and clean the place was and how spacious and well set up the unit is. It's obviously a well loved home. I loved this place!

This property is wonderful for several reasons. First is that the beach location is amazing! The surf sound and the views are wonderful. The pool is lovely, the grounds are very pretty, and the condo is well decorated, equipped, clean, and perfect for an enjoyable stay. I hope hope hope to return.

Return visit was as good as the first time.

Because the was a return visit we were excited to stay in the same unit as we were in before. The owners didn't disappoint us, they had upgraded a few items in the unit which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We love the Big island and are definitely looking to return as soon as we can. Kona Isla is our first choice as we just love the Complex, the Location and our warm memories of all the nice people we have met there during our visits. I would definitely recommend Unit C3 .

Great location, clean and well equipped

We were very happy with this condo! While we didn't spend much time at the condo because we were constantly out exploring the island, it was nice knowing that we had a clean and quiet place to return to after a long day. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were very much appreciated. The condo is on the south end of the bustling section of Ali'i Drive. It's quiet but still close to restaurants and stores. Beautiful sunset view from the BBQ/ocean front area. We felt very comfortable staying here and we definitely recommend this condo.
