Thank you for your review of Watercrest 1005. We’re glad your overall stay was great. We’re sorry the elevators were out for the first five days and that one of the security guards was rude — both are unacceptable. We’ll share your feedback with the building management and security provider so these issues can be addressed. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to welcome you back. — Team BBG

The staff we did interact with was nice. The rooms were large. The balcony was wonderful. Beautiful views and large enough to accommodate full dinners at the table on the balcony. The condo itself is outdated. Felt the floors always seem to be dirty, should definitely have the carpet removed.

Property needs some love.Kitchen was poorly stocked, couch and loveseat along with carpet was dirty and stained. Kitchen cabinets had an old funky smell when opened. I think this unit had original cabinetry in kitchen and bath.Guest bathroom tub faucet had issues.Master bedroom had sliding door screwed shut.

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you staying at Watercrest 1005. I’m sorry the unit did not meet expectations. We will escalate the cleanliness and odor concerns, the kitchen stocking, and the stained upholstery/carpet to housekeeping for a deep clean and restock. Maintenance will inspect the guest tub faucet and the master bedroom sliding door (being screwed shut is unacceptable) and complete any needed repairs. Thank you for letting us know. Team BBG

Great Condo. Very clean. Wonderful view of the Gulf

This was a very enjoyable stay. The condo was excellent; well stocked and clean. Although a little dated, it is well worth your time and money. It has a wonderful view of the great white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico blue water. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!!

Absolutely loved our stay!! We had a couple of minor issues inside the condo, and their team was quick to fix said issues and the communication was excellent! We even left a few items in our room and they reached out about getting it shipped. Would definitely stay here again. Loved everything about our experience.
