Welcoming, spacious, family-friendly townhome in the Santa Cruz Seabright neighborhood. Residence is located on a quiet street, convenient to Seabright Avenue and many restaurants (Linda’s Seabreeze Cafe, La Posta, Engfer’s Pizza, Betty’s Burgers, Seabright Brewery and fantastic coffee at Java Junction or Verve….), The Santa Cruz Museum Of Natural History and Pacific Edge Climbing Gym. Easy walk to the Yacht Harbor or the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Townhome is four blocks to Seabright Beach--the largest beach in Santa Cruz with views of the Lighthouse.
The townhome has three levels providing a generous amount of living space, very conducive for families. Two off-street parking areas go with the rental unit. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have queen-size beds and full baths. Plenty of closet space and storage. The Master Br has direct access to the lower deck. Storage unit on lower deck has beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and beach blankets. The third bedroom is a large loft on the upper level with ceiling fan and is accessed by a circular staircase. Loft room has four twin beds, perfect for 4 Kids or comfortable for several adults. Loft closet is stocked with games.
The washer/dryer is on the lower level. The main level includes a separate living room, dining room, galley kitchen and half bath. Large deck off the living room with KitchenAid gas grill and Adirondack chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. All necessary cookware available for dining in. Townhouse is an easy drive to Whole Foods, Safeway, or Staff of Life for groceries. The dining room seats six and will expand to seat up to eight. Counter bar divides kitchen and dining area. The living room is a great place to relax and unwind. High definition LED TV with Cable and high-speed Internet (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). Internet access throughout the house. All towels (indoor/beach), linens and soap/shampoos provided. Hairdryer Available. First aid kit. House is not air conditioned, but most homes in Santa Cruz are not. Floor fans available.

Perfect Santa Cruz experience

We loved our stay. The home was spacious as welcoming. Lots of great info about local sites to visit and everything a family could need for a great vacation. The adults and kids both loved it and it was a great home to come back to after our days on the water. Will return for sure! Great home away from home!

First stop for our California holiday

Great spot - walkable to boardwalk and beaches. Also To the whale watching wharf. Private off street parking. 2 bikes to use. Comfy-ish beds - a little soft for our preference but many like that. The upstairs area for the three singles was cool; but it could benefit from living room curtains to keep darker in the AM. Great comms, kitchen excellently equipped. Thanks!!

Home Base

Santa Cruz was our home base for venturing out. I picked this location because of its proximity to the boardwalk and hoping that it was quiet - it was both. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the loft. It was a perfect fit for our needs.

Great for a getaway

We had a comfortable stay and fun-filled weekend. The decor is cute and interesting. We loved the layout, with quiet bedrooms down below, the main floor for cooking and socializing, and a loft for the kids. We were very happy with the modern and well-equipped kitchen. You can't beat the location, either! An easy walk to the Boardwalk; and don't miss the hidden gem of the Santa Cruz Natural History Museum. One watch out: the loft has a lovely skylight, but there is no curtain or window shade - so if your kiddos wake up with the light, they won't be sleeping in past dawn!

Great family stay near the beach!

Very cozy and well-stocked location just blocks from the beach. Lots of beach gear for outings, books and games for indoor activities and even a basket of stuffies for kids! Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Great location, well-thought-out floor plan

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The three-floor layout was great for our family; we could be together as much as we wanted but also have a place for quiet time. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, the shower nice and hot. The kitchen was well stocked with servicewear and cookwear, plus napkins and paper towels. We also liked how the owners decorated -- local flavor without being "beach cheesy." The location was central and felt safe. We'd stay here again!

Amazing stay

My family and I loved our stay. We had more than enough space for the 4 of us and it was clean and very comfortable. We loved looking at all the different art work too. It was so nice and convenient to be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

A perfect homebase

The home is so cozy, well decorated, and a great place to act as home base as you explore around Santa Cruz. My children adored the loft with it's toys and games and my teen was glad for her own space downstairs. We are planning our next trip already!

Elopement and family vacation

Our place was in the best location! My now husband and I were familiar with Santa Cruz and wanted to combine our elopement with an experience with my kids. The space was perfect for the kids, ages from 18-11. The accommodations were plentiful: beds were comfortable, beach cruisers, beach accessories, etc. We could walk or bike just about anywhere and it made for a beautiful time. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Place

Couldn't speak more highly of the owners and the place. Very conveniently located, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I would rate it 5 stars, but one recommendation for the future would be to change the cleaning supplies to something with less of a smell. When we got in the smell was pretty strong downstairs and we had to air it out. Otherwise, it was fantastic and would 100% rent again!

Perfect stay

What a perfect place for us to stay. We were in Santa Cruz for a wedding and the rental was so close to everything that we hardly had to drive. There’s the Boardwalk as well as a number of restaurants and the beach easily in walking distance. The house is well equipped with all kinds of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. pretty much everything needed for a fun day at the beach is there. It is set up well for two sets of adults with two kids (12 & 10) and it offered everything we needed for a great time at the coast.

Great family stay!

We were in town for a wedding and I rented the house for my family. We live all over the country and so getting together is very important to me. The house couldn’t have been better. It was spacious and could accommodate all of us hanging out in the living area. The location was ideal. Walked absolutely everywhere. You will not be disappointed.

Already Rebooked for Next Summer!

My family and I had such an amazing time that I have already rebooked for next summer! The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to Verve and Seabright Beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We made lunches and dinners with food from the local grocer Shoppers Corner. We especially enjoyed the Natural Bridges beach nearby, which was a beautiful sight to see. The boardwalk is also very close by, but we never made it because there was just so much to do in the surrounding area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Santa Cruz.
