Walk To Seabright Beach, The Santa Cruz Boardwalk And Yacht Harbor!
Welcoming, spacious, family-friendly townhome in the Santa Cruz Seabright neighborhood. The property is managed directly by the owner--no management company--and communication is prompt and friendly.
The residence is located on a quiet street, convenient to Seabright Avenue and many restaurants (Linda’s Seabreeze Cafe, La Posta, Engfer’s Pizza, Betty Burgers, Tramonti and fantastic coffee at either Java Junction or Verve.) The Santa Cruz Museum Of Natural History and Pacific Edge Climbing Gym are nearby. It's an easy walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and four blocks to Seabright Beach--the largest beach in Santa Cruz featuring the Walton Lighthouse at the end of the Santa Cruz breakwater.
The townhome has three levels providing a generous amount of living space, very conducive for families. Two off-street parking areas go with the rental unit. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have queen-size beds and full baths. Plenty of closet space and storage. The Master BR has direct access to the lower deck. Storage unit on lower deck has beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and beach blankets. The third bedroom is a large loft on the upper level with ceiling fan and is accessed by a circular staircase. Loft room has four twin beds, perfect for four kids or comfortable for several adults. Loft closet is stocked with games.
The washer/dryer is on the lower level. The main level includes a separate living room, dining room, galley kitchen and half bath. Large deck off the living room with Weber gas grill and Adirondack chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. All necessary cookware available for dining in. Townhouse is an easy drive to Whole Foods, Safeway, or Staff of Life for groceries. The dining room seats six and will expand to seat up to eight. Counter bar divides kitchen and dining area. The living room is a great place to relax and unwind. High definition LED smart TV. Internet access throughout the house. All towels (indoor/beach), linens and soap/shampoos provided. Hairdryer Available. First aid kit. House is not air conditioned, but most homes in Santa Cruz are not. Floor fans available.

Outstanding location - we walked to the beach and the Boardwalk with the kids. It was great to have a wagon and boogie boards, and there were lots of things for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well equipped. Very easy to check in; great parking.

Great location! Walkable to the beach and Boardwalk. Very clear instructions for check in and check out. Excellent amenities (cookware, grill, washer/dryer). The loft area gets warm when it is hot outside.

The property was very spacious but separated into 3 levels. Overall the space was clean but the walls, ceiling fans etc. could definitely use a deep clean. It is walking distance from the beach by a few blocks and there’s great spots for coffee and good. Would definitely book again

Great stay nice kitchen plenty of sleeping areas and 2 and a half bathrooms. The only negative was it was hot in Santa Cruz so the loft got pretty warm, the owners had fans which helped quite a bit. That was just bad luck on our part , it’s not usually that hot there. We a great stay a very nice place.

Clean and close to places to eat and enjoy the beach. Great parking and peaceful neighborhood. Host was helpful and responsive.

The property includes everything needed for a great vacation. It was clean, very tastefully decorated, and in a great location. Having two assigned parking places is an added bonus. We did not do any cooking besides heating takeout but the kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. We had a very enjoyable six night stay.

Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for the home and the beach. Excellent location for walking to local sights. Quiet street. Easy parking. Would rent again!

Great Family Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. This house was very clean, it had plenty of room for us to relax, and was only a few minutes from the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay and only wish it was longer. The house had everything you could possibly need & lots of extra thoughtful touches. House was spotless & the kids loved the loft. It was a very short walk to the beach & boardwalk. Location quiet and everyone slept well in comfortable beds. We had plenty of extra towels blankets etc…. Will definitely love to come back next summer! Communication with host excellent. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We came for the car show and the home was in the perfect location. The beach and coffee shop were within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again
