The PET FEE is $125 - a maximum of 1 small dog 25 LBS and must be approved by the owner. No central AC.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AC UNITS IN EACH BEDROOM JUNE-SEPTEMBER.
No unauthorized early check in or out's. Unauthorized ch3ck in costs $75/hour so please abide house rules.

Weekend stay in Venice Beach

The property is fine. It’s in need of some TLC. Some chipping paint, the living room chair is near collapse and the remote garage door opener only worked about half the time. The rooftop furniture has seen better days (it is exposed to the elements but some covers would keep them dry and out of the harsh sea air and sunlight The condo is an easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants.

LA long weekend

very spacious unit in a great location. Steps from beach, short walk to Abbott Kinney, easy uber to/from LAX. Very quiet for a bustling area. Rooftop deck and view cannot be beat. perfect for 2 couples

We would stay here again!

The apartment is very spacious and cosy. The beds are extremely comfortable. We have found everything we needed during our stay. The location is perfect, right next to the beach. Having a garage is extremely helpful. The communication with the landlord has been very easy.

A Gem

This is a nice roomy place just half a block from Venice Beach, with a view of the ocean from the roof-top sitting area. It has a large living room, two bedrooms, large kitchen, eating nook, and laundry. Also nice pictures on the walls and art objects. Our only complaint is the less-than-ideal mattress in the main bedroom.

The apartment was even better in person- so spacious and comfortable. Great for our family and would be great for two couples as well. Location can’t be beat and communication was easy!

Short family trip to LA area

Location is perfect for access to a variety of food choices and activities. The place was nice and all needed amenities were supplied. Also having air conditioning in the bedrooms was a plus! It was also great having beach supplies with the access being so close, within a block.

Visit to Venice Beach

Nice and convenient place to stay in Venice Beach. Beds are comfortable. Linens are nice. Kitchen was well-equipped and even the knives were sharp. We would stay again if we return to Venice Beach.

Great location

Location to beach was perfection. House was clean and as described. While Venice isn’t the best area, we still felt safe and once behind the locked gate, you felt as though you were in your own little pocket. Would stay again.

Generous Apartment

Very clean and spacious. The garage is a huge plus! Building was very quiet during our stay. Great communication from host. If you want/need to be in Venice, we recommend as your home base.

Great location!

Amazing location! Clean unit, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. View from rooftop deck is amazing. Steps from the beach and boardwalk with shops & restaurants. Owner communicated often and responded quickly. Felt very safe in the unit and area with our two teenage daughters. Would stay again!

The BEST location

We had the pleasure of staying at a this beach house, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, and very spacious, providing ample room for our family. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us. Being just steps away from the beach allowed us to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. The kids had an absolute blast building sandcastles, playing beach volleyball, and splashing around in the ocean. In addition to the beach, there were plenty of other activities to keep us entertained. We enjoyed taking walks along the beach walk, soaking in the beautiful views and vibrant atmosphere. The skate park nearby was a hit with the kids, who loved watching the talented skaters perform tricks. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting the iconic Santa Monica Pier, which was just a short distance away. We spent hours exploring the pier, taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Another great aspect of the beach house's location was its proximity to Marina Del Rey. We took a short trip there and had a wonderful time exploring the marina, admiring the boats, and indulging in some waterfront dining. It was located close enough to everything we needed! So many dining options just steps from your door step and a full kitchen made cooking at the house just as easy for us! Overall, our stay at this house in Venice Beach was nothing short of amazing.

Very large and well equipped suite, although we could have used more than one kitchen towel. It’s dated, but adequate for what we needed and the location was great for walking the beach and canals.

Spacious apartment in a great location

Very comfortable apartment close to the beach and Venice boardwalk. Very walkable area with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Host was a great communicator.
