Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Relax in the cozy living room, complete with a stereo for your entertainment. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer to keep your clothes fresh during your stay. With two bathrooms, towels, and basic toiletries provided, you'll have all the comforts of home. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an action-packed vacation, our property offers the perfect blend of amenities and convenience to make your stay truly memorable.

There are no RV parking or golf cart trailers allowed to be parked on the property.
There Is 1 Dock Space Available on a First Come First Serve Basis and Guest Will Need to Sign a Liability Waiver.
We also have two paddle boards and one kayak with life jackets. Guests will need to Sign a Liability Waiver. Pricing is different for renting these activities. Please contact me if you are interested.
There is a $200 pet fee if pet is approved. No Large dogs. Pet must me under the weight of 30 pounds

My family and I are originally from California. We came to Tampa, FL in 2003 and have never looked back. My husband and I have to beautiful daughters and all of us LOVE the Bradenton Beach area. We Love coming to our condo just to recharge our batteries, as we all know, life tends to get a little stressful. We love walking around the village during the day or hanging out at the beach. One of our favorite things to do is to watch the sunset and to be grateful for what we have and are able to share with others.

Our condo is amazing! We are located right off of Gulf Drive N and 10th street south. This is a great location for walking or taking the trolley to where you need to go. Our beach is awesome the inter coastal is always amazing with the sunrise or just watching the boats go by. We are off the busy road so it's very quiet and we are a quick walk to the beach.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We love this location because there is so much to do. You are 20mins away from the salty dog featured on Man VS. Food. We are about 30mins for St. Armand Circle and downtown Sarasota. If we chose to go north on the island we are only 10-15mins away from Anne Marie Island. So many choices, we are never bored, and of course if we just want to relax we head out to the beach for the day.
